SSS Car Valeting

Car still dirty after initial chemical application, rinse, snowfoam, rinse, hand-wash and final rinse. How can after this many processes, the car still be dirty!!?? Not going back ever again

The price has gone up but the people who wash the car are a complete waste of time. My car got a very quick wash and dry. They missed a lot of the car. Even the windscreen still had bug squash all over it. I would never consider going back.

The Team there are ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, Kind and SO Professionally Efficient. My car inside and out and top to bottom looked AMAZING ... like a New car and I was GOBSMACKED at the low price. I won't be going anywhere else.

Found my new regular valeting service. The car is well cleaned inside and out. I believe SSS have gone the extra mile to choose the right products as the end wax seems to be harder wearing and makes old paint work feel like new, and the end fragrance is not overpowering which I've never come across before

This is by far the worst car wash I have ever used. I brought in a brand-new car for its very first wash since purchase, and they sprayed some kind of chemical on the wheels that ended up discolouring the wheel nut caps. When I raised the issue with both the staff and the manager, they refused to take any responsibility and actually claimed it was my job to warn them not to use chemicals on my own car. That is beyond ridiculous and shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic competence. To make things even worse, the interior of the car was left dirtier than when I brought it in — covered in grime and mess. It’s honestly shocking how careless and unskilled the staff are. This was a terrible experience from start to finish: unprofessional, untrained, and extremely rude. I would never come back here under any circumstances, and I strongly advise anyone to stay away unless you want your car damaged and your time wasted. Absolutely unacceptable.

Always been using them however now they just rush and not wash the car properly inside and outside.

Absolutely awful service, can hardly tell any difference to before and after on the inside of my car. Don't bother, go anywhere else!!!

20 minutes and £25 latter, I have a car that's both clean on the inside and out, no complaints, they even cleared the moss build on the window seals! Amazing job

Very friendly staff and good quality wash. Washing 4 different cars and always come out spotless and parfumed, no scratches. Staff very careful around the car.

That was the last time I went there to get my car washed! Not only was it done poorly – the interior windows weren't cleaned at all – but they were also speaking in a foreign language between themselves, clearly discussing how much to charge me. After looking at the car, they decided to charge £25 for a quick wash inside and out.

£12 for outside wash. They did a thorough clean but left my car a with streaky finish.
