I ordered dosa, appam, and sambar from this shop. The food arrived very cold, and when I checked it, it seemed spoiled and tasted like it had expired. It was completely unacceptable and very disappointing. I will never order from this shop again.

Standard services, not much to say really. Must we write a massive review over the most mundane stuff? I got an energy drink and it costed an arm and a leg. Happy? BP's Albert Manifold had allegations from an anonymous source about personal relationships he had with colleagues in the company as well as bullying in the workplace.

You can't go wrong with a M&S food outlet. Quality and choice.

Yes this place is linked to a petrol station and they have good offers, but even there reduced section is highly priced. Its just convient for locals so there prices to me need to change, for example a cesar salad bowl was £5.50 i could buy the whole ingredients for less and get more than a single meal out of it. The staff are lovely and friendly it was just the prices that put me off.

Great service Ordered off deliveroo of my partners account but couldn't find a driver and the people at the bp was really helpful there they kept me informed on my order. In the end cancelled order we got taxi there and said the name we ordered from they still had our order packed . , loyal and honest. If I could I'd give them 10/10 stars I woul.d highly T recommend here should be more people like you thankyou

Air line let my tyre DOWN! Absolute disgrace. Needed to inflate my tyres with about 3psi each. I paid, the machine made a funny noise and stopped after about 5 minutes.. As I drove to the next station on Wanlip road; my front left tyre had lost pressure gone from 28psi to 5.9 psi. Very fortunately my car has run flat tyres. The other air machine did all four with time to spare. DO NOT USE BP air!!!!

Just been to BP Queniborough on Melton Road, I visit quite often and the staff are very helpful but I was particularly impressed today by Pritesh who told me it was worth getting the meal deal which saved me some money, he offered to bag up my items and was generally confident and seemed to really care about giving good service. Thank you
