Premier Hand Car Wash

Amazing! My car was really quite dirty, but £8 later it was absolutely sparkling!!

I had my car cleaned yesterday and have had at least £200 damage to the locking mechanism and rubber seal. The jet washer sprayed into the locking mechanism of the passenger side door and the rubber seal has also blasted off and is just hanging there. I have had a quote this morning of around £100 - £200 to purchase a new part for the lock. Who knows what the labour will cost, along with the fixing of the rubber. How I wish I had NEVER used this place and I never will do again!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! And from what I now see with the other similar reviews, there will be no point raising it with them.

THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS INSURANCE!! critical for this trade. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR SECOND MOST EXPENSIVE PURCHASE. Do not Use ! They use highly acidic products TFR on your paintwork (that they spray onto your car prior to washing) . It WILL permanently damage your car, especially if left to 'cook' on the paintwork. Trust me, please. Wash your car yourself. Never ever use these car washes. Especially this one. They refuse to speak to me now even though they have admitted liability.

Compared to other car washes in Leicestershire, I really liked this one, and the guys are very responsible about things. I recommend it.

No glass cleaner used so all windows dry with streaks and the tyre dressing is so poor quality it's disappeared off your tyres before you even drive off. rubbish deserves zero stars if i could

First time trying this since it reopened. I didn't have to wait too long for them to start on my car, they did a decent job it looked clean and shiny after. Also, you get a card that gers stamped after every wash 7th wash is free.

Been using them for years but they closed down for a while. I used to pay £8 but my Landrover just cost me £12. Got home & they missed bits. Won’t be using them again.

Standards have dropped massively and the young lads who work there now seem so uninterested! Also get charged different prices each time so won't go again!

Awful, really slow and very poorly cleaned. The drying is a waste of time because the guys spraying next to your car don’t take care and wet your car again. It’s my own fault for straying from Bottesford Car Wash who are truly excellent. I won’t ever use Premier Hand Car Wash again.
