Today i visit my local shell gaurage on cross st sale just of the stretford junction of the m60 i put £20 of petrol in my car.the car was running perfect befor hand 5min after putting the vpower petrol in witch i always use as my car is 21 years old the car started to misfire badly myself and a friend drained the fuel to find it was contaminated with water not at all happy

I spent £5 on the car wash machine. Utterly useless. It has not cleaned the car at all. The bird dirt is still on the car. It didn't even clean the dust off. When I next go past I'm asking for a refund. Shame on you Shell.

Car wash is nearly always broken......incredibly expensive, plenty of pumps and space.

Great to get food from when your hungry as there is a subway inside

Don’t even waste your time coming here. Came on tonight (09/04/2025) at 21:38 the guy behind the counter was EXTREMELY unhelpful and the customer service skills of a statue I asked if the car wash was working and he looked at me confused and just shrugged his shoulders. Shell really needs to look into this petrol station off theres and get these problems sorted and get the staff better trained because I’m not the only one writing a review like this. Of course they always have fuel but never no other services!!! AVOID!

I am loyal customer of shell I have been here many time but when aver mister Singh is here he doesn’t give us appropriate service and treat me very disrespectful way so it’s put me off from and not using shel ever again in my life .

Nice station but with 2 air supply's that don't work not much help to the motorist in need...been like that for a while...

Fast and efficient

Be very wary at the amazon lockers. Someone is using the space opposite to dump 8 toyota cars, all of the same model. It looks like a motor trader is using the space, as the cars have been there for months on end, and new ones keep appearing all the time. I have informed Shell that it is an accident waiting to happen. Totally selfish. Please report this as otherwise the place will become unusable. Maybe I should inform Amazon lockers next. I won't be buying my petrol or food from there until this is resolved
