Just reading some of the other reviews and I can relate. I absolutely hate this place…and it will be the last time I go there. The only reason i have been is because I don’t own a jet wash but I always wax and polish my car myself when I get home. This time I had the guy look around my car when I asked for a mini valet and was charged 15 quid for a small car that was not that dirty inside! It only needed a quick hoover on the seats and the mats washing. He asked to look in the boot also which again only needed a quick hoover. The car was washed, never to my standard really because as usual it is always rushed with a quick wipe to get the water off. However, It did not go unnoticed the first cars in front had more care and attention given possibly because they knew them or just the fact they are male and can’t get away with taking the piss with them. Then the clown with the hoover came along and pretended to put effort into hoovering the inside my car, which when I got home i ended up doing it myself as it looked exactly the same as when I took it in! The seats hadn’t been touched and the mats were still dirty and the boot still had the few bits that needed hoovering up. When I got home me and my son finished the job, we hoovered and washed the mats, re cleaned the windows with the water marks all over them and removed the marks of the front lights that they claimed they couldn’t remove (try rubbing them harder and it will come off!) Then waxed and polished now I’m happy with the finished results.

Poor wash. Got home and had to wash it properly . Will not use again .

2 years ago it was £10 for a car valet, not long ago it was £15 and now it's £20! Far too expensive for a 15-minute clean.

Shockingly bad! Missed loads of stuff flys in windscreen door jams and boot not cleaned £20 for mini valet and they didn’t even do the glass inside properly. They use cheap nasty dash shine which is greasy.

Avoid at all costs, Went to get my car cleaned inside and out, Charged £20 for a 70% clean car... Missed the roof.. Center of the bonnet, Front grill, and Boot lid and other areas of the car. Should of known better

Very disorganised

Avoid! Pressure washer is far too powerful it chipped my paintwork. They have scratched up my glass. Literally cannot believe I paid £15 for them to F up my car... Fuming... When questioned, they gave all the usual: it was already there, this hasn't happened to anybody else, it's my bad paint work (manufacture original), etc. Zero accountability, empathy or resolutions.

If there was anything less than I star, that would be my rating. Definitely the worst car wash experience. A waste of money. In with a dirty car, leave with a dirty car.

To be honest, don't even want to award one star as it seems too much! Rude, unprofessional, lazy and incompetent. Never going to be visiting this place ever again

Have to give seemed very friendly looked very professional when watching other in front being done. I only had the outside done for £10 which was the wash wax dry etc so didn’t need to leave my car after they finish they waved me off to go once getting home I realised the shocking job I mean how is this acceptable surely wheeling should be cleaned and jet washed too. Never will I go here again.

Wow transformed my grotty car into a palace inside and out £20 for full valet well done can't praise the staff enough
