All this because the service is not nice! ! ! If only they could skin you. Don't use a Bp address for your eBay package as it most likely won't pick it up from the courier, and if the package does eventually get there, you'll pay an extra fee to pick it up. I do not recommend this service. Not nice service.

Expensive from others

Used the EV charger by the kiosk. Both Chademo and CCS available. Had a problem starting to charge but worked second time.

Half way through putting a full tank of fuel the staff decided to cut off fuel supply. I went in to report its stopped working and they asked me to pay first then go back and carry on fueling up! Im more annoyed at the fact they discriminated and assumed i wasn't going to pay. I will be taking this matter further to Esso as this isnt their policy!

Overpriced items in store and pressure wash / vaccum services are poor hardly work or broken attachments

I've only ever used this place for eBay click and collect and only because it's convenient, but won't be going forward. The past six or so packages over the last year, arrive but I never receive notifications. The staff receive the parcel but never scan it to trigger the notification to collect it. So having made a trip there to collect it, I'm told by a member of staff that because the manager isn't there I have to come back another day when someone more competent can give me my parcel, despite the fact that I can clearly see it. A terrible service for collections!

Terrible car wash station, I have more water in my tap than here.

Member of staff stole £5 from me when I paid for a product with a £10 note and he was adamant that I paid with £5. When I asked to see the cctv he informed me that they didn't work. Can a member of Esso Managenent get in touch with me before I get police involved as thus is happening a lot to members of the East Bowling community.

Prices are ridiculous for diesel

Never send your click and collect parcels here they will refuse them and send them back to the sender.

Their car wash is so much worst. First of all it is Car only 2nd, it never stops if you started it once even you add 10 pounds 3rd i added 3 pounds for 6 minutes it was fine i realized that it will never stop. Then i added 2 pounds for 4 minutes and started cleaning my car wheels but when i tried to start it up it was gone even i never started the washer once after adding it. And my car wash costed me 9£ by myself. I will never recommend it and will not go there again.
