Visited the BP petrol station on Princess Road recently. Unfortunately, there was water leaking through the roof during my visit, which was disappointing and gave a poor impression of the site's maintenance. This could create an uncomfortable environment for customers and may even present a safety hazard if not addressed promptly. I hope the issue is resolved soon to improve the experience for visitors.

I’ve been driving for 22 years and have filled up at almost every petrol station out there, but BP’s fuel quality is consistently the best. My car always gives a noticeably better MPG and average whenever I use their petrol. The staff here is great too—really friendly, and I’ve built a nice rapport with them over time. Never faced any issues with the service. The only downside is that they don't have a toilet facility for customers, which can be quite inconvenient. Other than that, it's a solid place for fuel.

Everytime I come here there is rubbish all over the floor from the bins at the fuel pumps that has come out because the bins haven't been emptied. There was plenty of staff inside the shop and I can't understand why staff wouldn't have picked up all of the rubbish to keep it tidy because the place resembles Beirut.

Disgusting service! I went to send a parcel and the cashier lied that they suddenly had no labels when he saw how many parcels I had. He didn’t even greet me and was on the phone to someone for at least a minute before staring at me and giving a dirty look. My sister once had a parcel delivered here that we suspect was stolen … and one of the reviews below confirms it, as she’s had the same issue. All of the staff have terrible attitudes and I’ve always approached them with a smile. This place needs closing down. Most of the reviews are one star, so it’s clearly poor service by everyone’s standards.

Charged for 3 lots of Petrol in one day... didn't notice until 10 days later.

16/02/2025: 12:35pm, Bilal (service assistant) was serving me. As I’ve walked into the petrol station he did not greet me, rather he was on his phone and responded with “what?” He didn’t bother correct himself or be polite, I said “why are you saying what?” His response was “don’t worry this is bullet proof” As a young black/african male I found this extremely offensive, he then said “I’m referring to the reason why I cannot hear you” With all due respect there was a 5-6 inch gap between the counter and window, sound was not a problem. Not only was Bilal rude and impolite, he also insulted me and made an offensive and discriminatory joke towards me which I don’t think is appropriate. Bilal should not be working somewhere like this if he thinks he can get away with making rude, offensive, racist & discriminatory jokes

Went to drop off a Yodal parcel, the cashier dismissed me without speaking, just by waving his hand, directing me to wait at the side while he served two other customers. I have avoided this place ever since.

I had a parcel delivered to this petrol station from yodel and the item was stolen by one of the workers. I had an email to say it was ready went in and I was told that it was locked in the office and to come back tomorrow. I came in the next day and my parcel had been opened. I asked what had happened and the assistant said I need to contact yodel. An absolute joke the staff are rude I wouldn’t even give them 1 star. Dont get anything delivered to this petrol station the workers cannot be trusted.

This garage ang the staff at shift 11.30 pm shift is redeclus as he’s changing shift like snail got garage closed got peice of paper stock on window. Saying closed for 10 min waving his hands bla bla. His been closed more than 30 min now. We stop need fuel but his fielding bak there. Very rude dosent even use the speaker to say anything keep moving hands sign language. It’s supposed to be 24 hour garage. He’s refused atleadd set t 10 people. Bad service for bp garage.

I needed to use the toilet as I was very desperate and was told there isn’t one I have medical issues every petrol station should have a toilet or a wash area
