These guys go out of their way to make my campervan perfect for renting, can't fault the service, price - or the result!

Really good service, quick and done a good job.

Went here recently for a full exterior and interior clean and was beyond disappointed with the service. I came in specifically because my car had some sticky residue on the exterior that needed removing, but it looks like it was only given a basic jet wash and the marks were still there when I got home!! Nothing extra seems to have been done to actually treat or remove it properly. I also noticed the boot wasn’t cleaned at all, even though interior cleaning is meant to be included, only realised once I checked it afterwards. On top of that, I was charged an extra £5 because my car was classed as a “large vehicle” (a VW Tiguan), even though the pricing originally suggested otherwise. Overall, I felt the service lacked attention to detail and didn’t match what I expected for the price paid. They seem greedy and only interested in bumping poor customers. Please save your money and avoid here at all costs !! Much better car washes around in Ruislip

Absolutely rubbish and ripoff. Waste of money. They should be banned from the area. The most lazy and unprofessional car wash I have ever seen. Botched job. Shameless proprietor. I would say locals should report this business for incompetence. I had to tell him to redo the interior hoover. Matts were never pulled to clean underneath. Cup holder was dirty and I had to take cloth from him to clean it. But he was looking at me shamelessly and shook his head instead. Changed me £25 for in and out with is outrageous. Never recommending or even going there again. Is there was anything else than one start I would have grieved them.

I recently moved to Northwood and was looking for a local car wash that I could use on a weekly basis. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the unprofessional service and poor customer care. From the start, I was rushed and not once asked what services I wanted for my car. The wash itself was very poorly done — soap, water, and some kind of oil were applied to the wheels, yet the car was left covered in soap residue. I actually had to ask a member of staff for a cloth so I could wipe the soap off myself, which was both awkward and unacceptable. The overall result was shocking. My car was left with visible dirt, soap marks, and water lines all over the exterior. The interior was even worse: the carpets were not removed or properly cleaned, only briefly vacuumed, and that was it. I work in customer service myself and would never treat a customer the way I was treated here. I am not someone who usually makes complaints, but I feel it’s important to share this experience so others don’t face the same disappointment. I would not recommend this car wash. They seriously need to improve both their customer service and the quality of their work.

I do not recommend! Very bad car wash. The staff is very rude and the washing services are done in a hurry and quite careless; for the money I paid, I would wash the inside and outside much better at home ! Personally, I do not think I will ever wash my car there again, the car was not washed properly plus they did not give a tax receipt for the cash received; I left disappointed by the interaction with the staff there and also disgusted, with the money I paid I would wash it twice at Supermarket T.
