First of three cars this morning. My car wasn't very dirty however I watched as they used the same dirty cloth unrinsed to basically move the dirt around the first two cars in front of me then use unrinsed on mine. Only sprayed the windscreen of my car with a bit of soap then rinsed. Still dirty smudges on windscreen and no tyre dressing despite being part of the wash. Tbh it was a tenner however I would expect at the very least for a bit more suds and a bit more effort! Won't be going again. Rather pay more and feel like there is a bit more of a professional approach. I don't want my paintwork scratched up by their dirty cloths. Apparently Arkely have good reviews.

There was a small guy with a white T-shirt and curly hair. He had no customer service and hardly spoke any English. His customer got a ticket and he took it off the window and ripped it

Didn’t have a great experience there. My car was Mini. It wasn’t even that dirty except for my wheels obviously! I only wanted an outside clean which would have been £10 however he charged me £15 cause my car was dirty?!?! When I came to pay I mentioned it to the others they couldn’t justify it then said oh we need to change the prices. I was in a rush to go so didn’t Have time to stick around to dry and they were trying to refund me £5 which I didn’t want to take back! I won’t be returning there what a terrible business model dishonesty.

I have been come here for 5 years and every visit feels like the first! Always professional and the attention to detail is next to none! I send my family members here when they come to visit! That’s how much I trust these guys!!!

Won’t be using again. They were rude and also tried to charge me more as my car was dirty (isn’t that the point of needing to get your car cleaned? But it also wasn’t bad at all). Then they negotiated the price down but only if I didn’t have the boot cleaned.. looked clean enough at first glance but when I got to look properly it’s not great and I had to go over it myself.

Wanted to charge me 25% extra because my car was dirty. You need to clean your car before you go there. Ridiculous. Won’t be going back.

Not terrible but not great car wash. There are smudges on the windows where they’ve used the wash mitt and not washed off soap and dried properly. The inside is clean but they use a very smelly air freshener that smells of nail polish remover. £25 for a vw golf not terrible though. 30 min wash

The quality of the car wash is very good. However, I think the price board showed £12 for our service and we were charged £15 at the card machine (my mistake, hadn't looked at the exact amount) - probably should have been made much clearer so would recommend checking the amounts in case they try to add on a few £s. This left a rather bad after-taste of the experience.
