I bought the 1 pound sale items, I paid 13 pounds and got 5, 500ml bottles which is class! Can’t wait to try them out and certainly don’t mind waiting a week for them. All packed with polystyrene balls for protection, can’t fault it 👌

Absolutely agree with all the reviews regarding delivery. State Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked. But what they don't say is it takes weeks to actually send it. Pay more and buy from somewhere else this company is pathetic.

Avoid this company. One of the worst companies I have had to deal with. Ordered 13th July. 3 days later nothing. Called Thursday 16th July. Order will be sent end of day. Nothing. Called Friday same crap. Order will be with me latest Monday. Called Monday no1 answered. Called Tuesday eventually after 20+ calls and said will be sent. Got delivered today 22 July. I paid for 6x 5l bottles and 10 x 500ml bottles. Over 60 quid order. They sent me 3 x 5l bottles only. So im missing 3 x 5 litres, 10 x 500ml bottles and the free gifts they lie about. Contacted my bank for refund as iv Called em 36 times today and still going n no reply. Emails they never reply once. Avoid these idiots. They should be ashamed of themselves. Thieves! Update..Another box just got delivered and this one has the 10 x 500ml and 1 free 500ml. They still owe me 3 x 5l. Iv already asked bank to give me refund as they are not contacting me. Maybe another parcel might turn up with the remaining bottles but absolute joke of a company. So much advertising but non existent customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves and need to read the reviews before advertising.

Avoid!!! I placed an order with these which took far longer to be delivered than stated. Given the amount I spent I was due to receive two mystery boxes, neither arrived. Messages to them on Facebook/Instagram and three emails to customer service later and still no reply. Customer service from this place isn't even shocking it's non existent avoid at all costs!!!

Great products, slightly delayed delivery, however after speaking to the customer service manager - Annmarie, she assured me they have been dispatched and will be arriving, they have been really busy lately so anyone wondering why there is a delay, don't worry, your products will arrive. Mine have arrived and they are excellent. Thank you once again!

I placed an order almost 4 weeks ago now. Not only have I not received a order delivery, but they have stopped replying to emails, will not refund me and will not pick up the phone. Phone I suspect this business is failing and they are desperately trying to keep it afloat

Just placed two orders, 1st one arrived within a few days second one has been dispatched. I was well informed via emails and you can track your order on their website. So my experience has been very positive. So good products and good service, thanks very much.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely shocking company. Never received my £65 order, customer service stopped replying to my emails, don’t answer phones, ADVOID

Giving a 2 star rating. Should easily be 5 stars due to products. I have used them for years. The citrus pre wash and viper wheel cleaner are brilliant and standout products. Unfortunately on this occasion it's 2 stars due to the very poor service. Most recent order arrived with damaged items and I am still waiting several days later for a response. Depending on outcome may update rating.

A total waste of time and stress buying from EZ Car Care. Mixed products are sent (not what you order) and there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. No responses, no acknowledgement NOTHING. Spend your money where you get a quality product and more importantly Customer Service.

6 working days to be dispatched. Bought 3x 5L and 2x 500ml bottles for £40 and got 6x 5L and 4x 500ml bottles instead. Products do the job but could be better.

Following my most recent purchase of their bundle deal. I had a delivery of three 5 litres containers. All three had been damaged in transit. There wasn’t any attempt, as you’d normally expect when transporting liquid, to try and copy yet this; this way up, fragile, etc. one in particular had started to leak, therefore resulting in not getting the amount ordered, obviously. I made contact with EZ Car Care, who were Initially quick to respond, requesting images of the delivered items, which I did immediately. Since, nothing, even after further prompts. As much as I appreciate the delivery service, is out of their control. The customer support, communication and ability to resolve these issues are. They’ve failed here for me. Order at your own risk! ⛔️

If I could leave 0 I would. My dad ordered from these people and had no response on customer service when the delivery took months. He got a 'confirmation of delivery' which was a photo of someone taking a box out of the back of a van. Could be any box, anywhere. And nothing was received. Complete radio silence through customer service, emails and phone. No response at all. Yet thousands of daily advertisements of reduced prices. Thoroughly unimpressed. Will not be ordering again.

It’s not the product it’s the customer service. I put an order in on the 10th of June and after loads of emails and phone calls finally got through today to a very rude member of staff explain the situation told me I had to wait for it to get sent to me and I have to send it back if I wanted a refund even though she told me it was still being sent out after a month nearly finally got told I was gonna get a full refund and then she put the phone down on me very rude will not be ordering anything from this company anymore. Such a shame as I’ve been ordering since 2001 so I will be going to another company now they need to train their staff we know things happen and his problems but don’t take it out on the customers, regards Mr. Winter.

2nd time buying from ez first time delivery was 3 days now i ordered on friday today is thursday and still no delivery i got intouch with ez 3 times by email with no responce then i rung them for them to fob me off with the excuse we had a massive amazon sale over the weekend so we really busy how about sort the orders you had before the amazon sale itll be a week tomorow wont be ordering from this company again think ill stay with autobrite aka mosschem atleast this company know how to deliver properly

Absolutely love these product. Have ordered the MOAB kit and it simply just works and leaves a fantastic shine to the car, with what I must admit minimal effort. Will def be ordering again. Customer service always very helpful.

Took over two weeks to receive my order only to find half of it was missing even though I had paid for the whole order. Tried to contact via email, Facebook and countless phone calls but couldn't get hold of anyone! If you're thinking of placing an order I'd think again.

Placed my first order with EZ Car Care and I was supposed to receive a gift with it worth £40. No such gift was included. I sent an email, but got no response. Pretty poor service. Their products seem ok.

Bought off a deal when you buy any 500ml bottle they upgrade you to 5litres I took a video of me buying off there link still received 500ml bottles and they won’t do nothing about it. Not good at all
