Best Hand Car Wash

Never had a bad visit. Clean, professional - couldn’t fault them!

One of the worst car washes I have had the displeasure of visiting. Car was still totally dirty along the bottom and sills. No phone number to contact them and let them know. Avoid!

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. After I had my car washed, they refused to dry it because of the rain, and when I agreed, they charged me £10 with a smirk. What did I do to deserve that? They just rinsed it with water and didn't even dry it properly, and they demanded £10. I'm really angry; it's price gouging and this has happened more than once. I wanted to give them another chance, but trash is just trash, and there's no hope for improvement.

I honestly can't understand those positive reviews. After I moved to the area, I used them a couple of times and it was never a great service (3.0 / 5 at best) but since I live around the corner, I was able to accept it. But last time, their attitude was just horrible. I was the only customer at that time, probably one of the first that day, yet they were so angry that they have to clean my car (and it’s a standard, small car, not some construction vehicle) like after 12h shift. They left 2 wheels totally dirty on one side and complained that they won’t clean them, because they are too dirty.. (??? ). They cleaned the inside of my car in around 3min, so ask yourself how “clean” that inside was after 3min of work. You should have seen them that day... They clearly wanted to just take my money and let me go. It was my last time there and they lost a customer. I just lost money and had to finish cleaning half of my car myself.

Usually a ballet lets you know of waiting times. So be mindful of these guys. Took them ages to finish the car in front of me and did not have time to wait for mine to do the mini vallet.

For MINI VALET they didn’t clean doors and dash board and mats was still wet ,I cleaned in front of them and I told them that it’s not clean from inside in reply he told. U PAY 10£ ONLY ,PEOPLE GIVE TIP 10£. I cleans my self all cabin inside in front of them and they was laughing

Honestly one of the worst car washes i've been to, took forever to clean my car, it came out looking horrendous. they used a scraper for the water, which i thought was just for the windows, but they then proceeded to use it on the whole car which i told them to stop. they should be using a leather but i'm glad they didn't because of how horrific the actual washing of the car was.
