Drove 2 and a half hours to see the car, been told has no issues apart from the bumper damage which was repaired and comes with warranty over the phone. Arrived on the time agreed, was forced to wait 40 minutes while the car was “out for the car wash” even after insisted not to wash and keep the engine cold. Finally when the car arrived turns out it was never washed and needs a new engine. Classic “im not a mechanic, i dont know”. Buyers be aware.

Don't know what I could say comprehensive warranty 2 weeks in engine management light on 5 weeks in still been messed around joke stay clear door wires were broken said Don't worry now says he's got a bill for fixing it said warranty only covers engine and gearbox well what does comprehensive mean I think missing something here

After having a bad experience with my last car I found this clio and absolutely love it… I left it a week before leaving a review as we went to Cumbria for weekend and gave the clio a run out and all I can say is thank you so much she runs perfectly no knocks or bangs it was a lovely smooth ride. Everything works like it should. Money well spent plus 12 months MOT on it. So thank you Waitrose motors. Highly recommend 😊

All round good service and I'm really pleased everything is sorted now. Our new car wouldn't start after only 24 days of having it. It took a week but the garage communicated with the mechanic and the car is now fixed. Thanks again!

Not usually one to leave reviews or recommend, but i have to say i am ver impressed.just bought a A4 yday..Lovely car MashaAllah..really nice dealing with Saf, pleasant family man who was very flexible with arrangements, transparent and forthcoming with information, early days with car but has a beautiful drive and i feel i paid a reasonable price. Things never worked since having car ,remote never worked couldn't even move seats ,no alarm working no a/c now window doesn't work and breaks have jammed smoke coming from vents back lights don't work how this car has passed a mot amazing

Lovely place to deal with - following a very bad experience with Autolab white rose offered for me to pay a deposit on the car, they delivered it for me to test drive and check over before having to commit. It was a car for my nephew so absolutely perfect experience. Highly recommended

Honest And Reliable Dealership Whenever buying a used car I think everyone is a little anxious and nervous. But Taz is a very legitimate and trustworthy salesman. Left a deposit whilst he went to have the car looked over before we completed the sale, Taz kept me updated and whilst the work required was quite extensive and we decided not to proceed with the sale. Taz still refunded the deposit as promised. Very happy with the service and this dealership 5*
