Worst car wash ever. Charged £20 for just the outside and done half a job. Had to get them to do it again and still crap. Avoid this car wash!!!

For £20 they quickly clean your car to a standard that is well worth the money.

Very happy and so clean. The staffs are friendly and did a good job.

The worst car wash I’ve ever been to. They did not clean properly and scratched my car as well. Was very rude when I addressed all the issues. Bear in mind I have never complained about a car wash in my life until this point. Would not recommend at all.

They didn’t hoover properly, used a wet cloth to wipe the screen and rear view mirror. There were water marks on the body of the car. Didn’t wipe properly. Terrible service:

Honestly do not use this car wash service. The quality of the clean outside and inside was really poor for £30. I had to ask them to go to every seat again (whilst I was watching) to clean and just hoover the footwells properly- which was done with a lot of huffing and puffing. But what made me more mad was that they charged for a q4 etron (which is smaller than a standard SUV) as a ‘Volume 4 vehicle’ which is the largest category on their list so is obviously the most expensive which is the same as a huge, bigger than a mini bus, sliding door passenger vehicle that was being cleaned at the same time?????? I double checked in front of them and the two men who work there just laughed and one said ‘my boss, my boss next time when you come, you speak to him’. I said ‘well I won’t because I won’t be coming back’. Waves should state which vehicles go in which category so it’s standardised across the sites. I have never written a review like this before but I feel so angry at how exploited I feel as a result. It sounds trite but it is the principle - you definitely don’t get quality for the price you pay. I won’t be using any Waves sites ever now.

Fair washing service

This was the first time I do my car wash here . It was excellent inside out wash and dry by hand for a small car wash only £20. No time to wait. Excellent finish. 100% recommend

Rushed services, poor cleaning did not do a good job. Used one cloth to foam the whole car. Budget cuts??? Whilst charging £30.

Good wash but a bit rushed and missed spots while shampooing. Mentioned the gaps which were cleaned. The price quoted before getting the service was £25 but insisted and charged £30 quoting “The prices have just gone up”. Wont be going back any time soon.

It's happened to me many times. I get my SUV washed for £15, and if I give them a £20 note, they never give me the change back. If I pay by credit card, they help themselves and, without my knowledge, charge £20. I would never go back to them again.

First time I went there I was impressed, quick and efficient. This time they were busier and this showed in the quality of their labour. Paid for a 'gold' wash - interior and exterior. I was busy with my child, so didn't pay much attention but when I got home I realised every detail was lacking. The only thing that was passable was the hooving, which still left lot of the nooks barely touched. The interior trim seems to be dusted down - barely and grubby bits was ignored. Two major factors contribute to me doing this review. 1. I had to clean the inside again myself after paying £30. I don't expect the world for this sum, but if you're selling a service then surely its right to expect it delivered? 2. My entertainment screen on my dash was badly scratched. 3 smaller ones at the top and one deep scratch about 2 inches long. If I had an upmarket car I would be livid, but this is my work vehicle and it has flaws/ damage. However this carelessness is only the fault of the management. People take pride in their work of they are well looked after and paid well. Obviously I won't be coming here again and if you made it this far I hope you stay well clear!
