I just bought a car and it was absolutely filthy. The seats were stained, it had fur all over the seats and I decided to take it to Irlam Hand Car Wash. I was greeted with smiling faces and asked for a full valet. I did not expect much as it looked like an impossible job to make my car clean. They gave me good customer service and even offered me a hot drink free of charge. When the car was finished it was immaculate. Not a spec of fur or dirt on the car. The seats were extremely good condition and I honestly did not think this car could look how it did. I wish i took a picture. From the actual carwash to the customer service. It was enough to make me loyal customer. I cannot fault anything here. They listen and deliver. Highly recommended 👍

Terrible attitude by the staff. Clearly states open till 6 but because it’s Ramadan they close an hour earlier and think it’s ok to do a half a job. Not impressed for £25. Will not use again

I’ve been to Irlam Car Wash many times over the years, but I won’t be going back anymore. Honestly, every time I visit, the service seems to get worse. Today I used the “6 washes, 1 free” offer. When I tried to redeem the free one, I was told the free service is wash only and doesn’t include the drying. That’s not how it was explained before, and I’ve used this deal in the past without any issue like this. Because the car wasn’t properly dried, I’m now left with water marks and will need to wash the car again. Overall it felt unprofessional and inconsistent. Congratulations, you’ve just lost a long-term customer.

Absolutely love this, I was bothered my car because i had not time for cleaning but after I saw this car wash and i tested it so I will keep my car because look like new thanks for the staffs

They rip off woman charge £7 for a £5 wash and go when I go they charge me £5 for same wash car was still dirty they said bring car back and we will wash it properly shouldn't you of done that in first place ???? And charged the correct price !

Great little car wash! Washed all the dirty from the trees including bird poo off my car. They used a jet wash, then soap then dried the car. I also got it hoovered! The guys were friendly and it was affordable. Will be definitely going happy, Really happy with the job and great vibes from the guys!

Just had my car washed here for the first time. The tree sap on my window was a nightmare to get off, but the car looks great, Thank you Will certainly make this my main carwash from now on.
