Waves Hand Car Wash Waltham Abbey

I wouldn't give even one star if it was possible. It's £25for gold wash but the outside of the car was barely washed. All the birds markings were left untouched, I had to clean it myself. It used to be good car wash and we were customers for a few years. They lost us.Bye-bye

A good job quickly done

For £30 I expected the inner door seal to be cleaned and marks on the doors wiped off

A little in the pricey side but did a decent job, especially the interior

I’m taking my car to wash in this place and I’m so happy with the customer service I get every time I go and also the work quality it’s on high stands. Everyone is very nice and friendly and also they are doing it quickly so there is no waiting time . I highly recommend them ☺️

Great carwash always friendly and car is cleaned properly unlike other car washes who rush you through. Always pleasant and no time wasted they wash whilst we shop!

The best car wash in town

The staff pretend to be cleaning the interior of your vehicle yet it is still the same then they tell you the next time you come to wash your car again, they will do it yet I have paid fully for the service. Even the exterior was not washed properly. They are a bunch of rip offs

Very good, polite and efficient

If there are less stars I could’ve give them. First time I went there I paid 25£, the wash okay. The second time someone from the stuff stole my air pressure pump. What a lovely service

Had a lovely experience in this car wash. Russel was very helpful and did a thorough job ensuring my car was clean inside and out. Will highly recommend to everyone that wants their cars washed without a fuss

Very poor service. Was disappointed today, they said they were closing at 5pm insisted to wash the van said they’d do their best. They didn’t even hovered the interior or polish, windows were dirty, a lot was not done.They started blaming each other for the poor service, and gave an excuse that the manager wanted to go home because it was clocking time and they still wanted their money paid in full, £30 just went straight in the drain because l could have done a lot better than the service they offered. Very very poor service. I wouldn’t recommend.

New management. Super friendly! Did a great job. Even loaded shopping in for me whilst I paid up. Best supermarket car wash ever.
