Waves Hand Car Wash Cheshunt

You will pay more than anywhere else here. I have been twice. The first time - Excellent job. Second time - They didn't even bother to dry the car off properly. Just a quick leather and that was it. I will not waste any more of my money here!!

I'm a disabled person that uses a wheelchair. I wanted the outside of my car washed, the man asked me to get out of my car, when I told him that I couldn't he told me to go away and come back tomorrow, while he was muttering something in his own language. This is unacceptable to treat a disabled person. Very rude and disrespectful, I won't be using them again. This man needs to be told about his behaviour. I had no chose on how many stars, if I could I would have no stars.

I have been washing my car at this car wash for 1 years, and the service is perfect! The staff here are very friendly.

I was really happy to clean my car , they did brilliant job.

Will never use any Wave franchise again or recommend them. My van was stolen after they cleaned it, they still had the keys, but they did not park the van in view of the hut, which had CCTV coverage, which is strange to say the least, as there was parking spaces. So now it’s either bite the bullet or take them to a small claims court. As hey ho how the franchise insurance can find no negligence is beyond me. Be careful if using the service and leaving your keys, as you could fall into the same web, as losing your vehicle, tools etc and not being covered with their liability insurance. Then having your insurance pay out and possibly losing your no claim bonus.

Really great service on my grey fiat 500 on Saturday! Did a fab job of both in and outside!! Would recommend. Thanks again

Booked my car in choice the gold service came back an hour later car was ready but I complained about the state of it as there seemed to be spots all over that I believe to be from there wax I asked for the to re do it and was informed they only was n dry the car and to remove all the wax marks would take too long Absalute joke I will not be returning. Paid £28 and had to go home and do it myself😠

Did a good job with the inside and out clean but quite pricey.

I visited this location on Friday 9th May to have my car cleaned, but unfortunately, the service did not meet professional standards. The wheels appeared to have been coated with a polish to mask dirt, and the windows were cleaned using dirty cloths, which is unacceptable. Although they claim to use Auto Glym products, I found no evidence of this, as only empty bottles were on display, suggesting they do not actually use those products. I believe this company warrants reporting and should be removed from Tesco's premises. Given my experience, I will not be recommending their services or returning in the future. I regret not taking photos prior to my husband thoroughly cleaning and polishing the car. Unfortunately, I feel that my investment was wasted, as I have not received any response or communication from the company regarding the issue.

Quick service, polite people but result was below average tbh. One of the two who were cleaning my car forgot my right headlight and the whole front bumper from his side (right side again so basically poor job and result was because of one lazy guy while the left side was cleaned just fine)

The prices change depending on if you’re paying by cash or card. Today I paid by card £32. When I got home I realised I don’t think they even cleaned the back. The service used to be great, I wouldn’t come here again.

Absolutely awful, my car wasn't washed properly, wasn't rinsed properly,wasn't cleaned properly, the roof was still dirty when I looked afterwards and streaky everywhere,I went back and complained,guy apologized, short staffed, not my problem, shouldn't keep washing cars you can't clean. Got half money back was expecting all of it, thought he was really clean it ,but didn't. I came home upset and angry, in temper I had to go over my car, then do inside,I have it washed outside as I have bad arthritis. What a joke. Short staffed or not, doesn't stop you cleaning properly.

Had my car washed twice here now and would highly recommend! They provide a very friendly and efficient service, and my car always comes out sparkling clean. Would suggest the Gold package!
