I’ve been using Shiny Hand Car Wash in Oxford for a long time, and I honestly wouldn’t take our vans/cars anywhere else. As a construction company with a fleet of vehicles, keeping them clean and presentable is important, and Adi and his team always do an outstanding job. The quality of the wash is consistently excellent, the staff are polite, friendly and hardworking, and Adi is a genuine guy who really cares about his customers. Every van leaves looking spotless, inside and out. Paid £30 for a Mini Valet. Regret coming here but I needed my car urgently cleaned. They did a proper half a job and when I questioned them on uncleaned or missed areas they came up with pathetic excuses to avoid completing the job properly. I wasn't in an argumentative mood so just paid and went on with my day. Lessons learned. Hopefully this review helps others. I didn't look at the reviews beforehand due to it being urgent but that said in future I'll be sure to.
