IMO Car Wash

False advertisement On the poster it says one price but when they charge you the added additional £10. Don't recommend

Great car wash. Good prices and do a fantastic job on the interior too.

I was overcharged. showed my Blue Light Card for a £5 discount on the Ultra HD wash, but was still charged the full amount. only noticed this after getting home and checking my bank transactions.

They are not cleaning at all. I had to correct them all the time. The only guy cleaning properly is the older mate.

Very bad experience After getting the 20£ Ceramic XTR i got minivalet for 15£ The way they got minivalet was horrible I cleaned my car myself from inside again after they were done Least bothered attitude They were using air freshner to clean the car lol that was funny They think we are stupid and we dont understand how to get a car cleaned - before cleaning he was like i need to see your car from inside ☺️ It was already vacuumed at honda i wanted it more cleaned as i had amazing experience with imo Preston. Avoid this one go somewhere else Dont know how it has 4.1 rating.

they don't give a receipt they cheat on tax where is the tax office !?! I asked to clean the car after washing because it wasn't washed properly they refused

Poor wash will use Walkden in future which is where I usually use.

Paid for Triple Foam, no foam came out of the guns. And the drying at the end did a poor job.

Paid for triple foam. Only one of the foam squirters was working. The drying curtain is completely missing. Wheels are still dirty. Wouldn't go again
