Every time I go to this car wash the price changes first it’s £30 inside and out then it’s £35 then back to £30 then £40, when I questioned it, and pointed at their price board they said sorry & they will charge £30 from now on! I just left and went somewhere else!

Good quality car wash with attention to detail. They spent a long time making sure everything was cleaned well even going over parts again to ensure a great result! Worth the price point

So the team asked me to leave them a review, and that time arrived. For the popularity that this place has, the work lacks professionalism throughout. Yet they charge quite a lot. Mind you, I have a new small car and it was barely soiled when I went to wash it. This was its first wash. An exterior wash for a small car cost £20. I don't mind paying, as long as the job is well done. They've stained my whole car with what I think was the pre wash(who knows what other things they use, yet they pride with "AutoGlym"). They've also stained my windscreen with wax, which still have streaks after every window clean. The next day I went back to them. When I pointed it out, the manager told me that he can manually polish it; in his words: "If it comes out, it's our fault and you don't need to pay for polish; otherwise it's £30." I said that I always pay for services, I just want the required service done well. After it was done, it looked better, but only for about 2 days. You can see in the pics all the scratches left, they've matted the colour all over the car. I have this car since January and have pics of its state when it was bought. A £50 charge to have your car "exterior washed and polished", scratches guaranteed! I would give minus stars but it's not possible. I request a refund for the "service", although I should send you the receipt for the professional polish for the whole car!
