Waves Hand Car Wash Leigh

I would give this place a 0 if it was an option, absolute fraudsters, wanting bank transfers or cash as they don’t like taking card transactions now due to cost. Then saying because my car is dirty they want to charge an extra £10. I have never known anything as bad in my life. When I am in the area I always use this place for it’s convenience but like hell will I ever use it again. I have reported this to Tesco direct

Abrahim did an amazing job washing, waxing and hovering my car, it actually looks brand new, I was so impressed I left a tip, he was so welcoming and friendly, he even helped put my shopping in the boot then took my trolley back, I would definitely use this service again. Very happy customer 😊

I’ve been taking the car to Waves for years. Last year wasn’t great but I took it again today and must I think it must be new management. Absolutely brilliant job. Car is immaculate, looks brand new and it was vile before. Wish I’d done a before and after! I only paid for the gold package but staff cleaned the seats too. Must have taken pitty haha! Fab customer service with a smile too. Will definitely return.

So I've been to this place a few times and they're usually good & honest, today they were not and I can prove it. I should have questioned it more, but to be honest I just won't come back. ANYONE PLANNING TO COME HERE DO NOT. I have a small mini SUV Dacia Spring, it's classed as volume 2 even on the app. The guy insisted I also pay cash in hand and that it is a volume 4 car. I had a £5 voucher from the previous time, I was charged £10 more than what it should have cost £30 instead of £20 with the discount. This may not seem like a lot, but it ruins the trust with customers and also is a bit sketchy bringing up CASH IS PREFERED. It's 2025 you have a card machine. I'd also like to say the wash today was not as good as usual, it was as if they RUSHED it and missed loads. AVOID I would give 0 if possible.

Took my Mercedes in today for a wash. I live on a new build site so it was covered in dust and dirt. The lads couldn’t have done a better job looks brand new again. I’ll definitely use them again
