Turned up at 16:15 only to find a car wash closed board, with no reason given. This was even though their stated hours were from 8/17:00. I was the third disappointed customer in the space of a few minutes. A waste of time!

Immediately after the wash, I noticed surface scratches on a door panel that were not there beforehand. I contacted them straight away with photos and simply wanted to discuss the best and fairest resolution. I was immediately met with aggression. On the phone I was called a liar, told repeatedly “no, no, no, we didn’t do it” without anyone looking at the photos or seeing the car, and I was then hung up on. I was told I could bring the car back for them to look at it, while in the same breath being told they did not cause it. There was no willingness to discuss the issue at all. I was explicitly told “there is no resolution.” I was not asking for repairs or compensation beyond a refund of the wash. The way this was handled was a disgrace. Completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing. I will now need to pay to have the panel machine polished. I’ve used this car wash regularly and had always been happy until this. I’ll be using another valeting service from now on. Posting this so others are aware of how issues are handled if something goes wrong.

I went for the first time yesterday, would recommend great clean inside and outside. They cleaned it so well they found a pair of sunglasses that weren’t mine and I’ve had the car a year and cleaned it myself…so great job!!!! Everyone at work saw my car in the car park and said how clean it looked

Have only just found FM Car Wash. These guys are miracle workers! My car was absolutely filthy! I’m talking dried mud, dog hair, dust, food crumbs - easily a years worth! Given how bad it was, I really wasn’t expecting it to be as spotless as it is! I will most definitely be back! Beyond happy! 😃
