Absolutely rude staff specially short kurdish guy swearing in front of my kid, never going to wash my car here anymore , not recommending this place as they damaging cars and take no responsibility also swearing in front of a 4 years old was absolutely not acceptable

Super dodgy. I took my small hatchback to be washed, and he tried charging my for a large car! Then when I pointed it out, he said it's because my car was dirty .... it wasn't very dirty but in any case, isn't that what a car wash is for?! And of course, they asked me to pay in cash and gave no receipt. Avoid!

Terrible car wash and aggressive staff. I asked if they would be able to get my van clean they said yes . He said it would be £15 outside only, I agreed. It wasn't clean ( see photo after clean ) and he said he wanted more money to polish it and became aggressive.

First they don’t do job properly. Rude staff.. they harassed customer..

Right after my car was washed I noted a small area of damage on the wing, where they'd been waving the wands of their washing kit. I approached them with a bill from a bodyshop and after lot of arguing they said they could look at their CCTV BUT if they weren't to blame then they would charge me £500 for lying.

Friendly guys. They did a fabulous job on my car which was challengingly dirty. They got it like new!! Amazing!!! 😊 Listen to 'si seloni' on youtube! ;)

Worst car wash in Stockport! Missed huge areas of car. They managed to make it look like they were washing it yet afterwards my car was still covered in bird poo and splattered bugs. Quite an achievement! Wanted cash but when we asked to pay by card he was clearly not happy about it and proceeded to charge the highest 'large car' price for an Audi Q4 etron. There are way too many decent places for a car wash in Stockport to be ripped off by these cowboys! Will stick to Woodlands in future, Its worth the queue and theres a reason why there's no queue here! AVOID.

Gone down hill. Seem to be more interested in Car Valet than those people just calling in for a car wash. Missed areas on the car and didn't dry down. Shall be avoiding from now on, plenty more hand car washes places in and around Stockport.

I asked them to try to remove the sticker on the car. Unfortunately they made deep scratches on the car and removed paint from the surrounding areas instead of just removing the sticker.

First time here. Really disappointing experience at this car wash. The pricing seems to be made up on the spot! We have a saloon and were quoted £30 for a silver service. When I questioned this and pointed out their advertised prices, the staff became rude and started shouting. I then spoke to the manager, who told me the price for this service is between £20–£30, but insisted my car, which only needed a vacuum and a quick wipe, would be £30. Overall, very poor customer service and a lack of transparent pricing. Save yourself a surprise and go elsewhere, plenty of much better car washes in the area. I personally will stick to Woodlands car wash.

I have always come here for my car to be washed and they do an amazing job! Ignore these bad reviews! They let me sit inside as it’s cold and they always have a laugh! Thank you guys
