Took my car in for an interior clean, but the service was rushed. The guy didn’t hoover properly — he just sprayed perfume and wiped the surfaces. The job was poor quality and I feel my money was wasted.

Have always had my car valeted here. I have just visited and had some deep scratches buffed out. Very happy at the price and result. Always a friendly team, that do a great job. I would highly recommend from a full vallet to a quick outside job. They always ask if I'm happy with their service.

When challenged about the damaged trim, which we watched happen, they denied it vehemently, patronised me twice ("my love") and told me not to come back, just as I was saying I would not be coming back. Aggressively rude and no care or customer service ethic whatsoever.

Today I been there for my car wash and one of the staff there was behaving so rudely. He washed my car and refused to dry it afterwards. Had really bad experience today.

The standard of car wash has gone down hill, £30 and they no longer feel need to clean interior and complain when you point show them. I won’t be going back

Avoid this car wash !!! Charge 40£ for 7seater and still needs clean after them !!! Says in & out but seats are not included , is part of cleaning service!!! Staff are rude but not all of them in special guy with money taking!!! He try to charge another 10£ to get cleaned seats usual (is part of the car), dashboard steal need cleaning, dors and others. Been complained but in answer was - I told to pay with 10£ more… 40£ is not 25 or 30 is quite expensive

Took the works transit van, was told £20 then after jet washing asked me if I wanted it dried which I said of course. One of them then half heartedly started wiping the windscreen while another asked for payment which I stupidly did, they then refused to finish drying it saying £20 wasn’t enough - definitely go somewhere else if I were you - not to be trusted.

BE AWARE! When I first started using this car wash, the outside wash was £10, as stated on their pricing board. Last time, they asked for £15 after finishing, saying it was because the car was “extra dirty” — but they hadn’t mentioned this beforehand. I refused and paid £10. Today my husband went, asked the price first, and they said £20. When he started to drive away, they quickly agreed to £10 (which is what is stated on their pricing board!) This kind of inconsistent and opportunistic pricing is not acceptable. If you do have to go, always confirm the price before they start — we won’t be going back.

DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE SCAMMERS I came here to get my Ford Fiesta cleaned inside and outside a few months ago and they charged me £30 and I blindly accepted it because I didn't care to look at the price board and felt that it would be impolite not to trust them, however they lied to me. My sister, got the same service for £20 and her car is bigger. So when I returned earlier this week I asked what was the price to get my car cleaned in and out and the worker told me £100. He was actually going to charge me £100?! What the hell? I then pointed at the board and said that he must do it for £10 to redeem from scamming me before. However, he did not accept this and I told them that I was going to tell everyone not to come here and that I was going to leave a review, so they tried to get me to pay £25, then they lowered it to £20 to convince me to change my mind. I will be warning everyone to stay away from this place. I'm going to have to find another place to get my car washed. Very shameful. 👎👎👎
