Brilliant service, such a nice and polite guy aswell

Austin gave my car some much needed TLC. I don’t know how he made some areas of my car look brand new, including my car mats. Even my kids don’t want to eat in the car to keep it nice and clean! Great attention to detail, lovingly renewed. Austin took the time to explain what he was doing and why when needed. Also arrived at time and date as agreed. If you want to love your car again, I’d recommend Acamadi valet and detailing services.

Austin came to my rescue after I put a Rain Repellent on my front windscreen after I had fully cleaned my car myself. Bizarrely the product looked great initially but a mass of swirls appeared when the rain came a few days later & actually impaired my visibility. So I can’t have done it right. So I wanted it removed. Austin researched the product & gave me 2 options to remove the product. He attended Clay Bar the screen & when that didn’t lift the product fully he machine polished the screen using all his experience in switching polishers to leave me with a fully clear perfect screen again. Total professional approach from the outset, clear communication of options & during the ongoing job. Despite initial setback with the Clay Bar not producing the result we both hoped for, he was truly determined to ensure my screen was perfect before he was finished & it was. Happily spent the extra time needed to complete the job despite ironically a massive rain shower part way through the job. Great guy highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Austion enough. His work is flawless. Like many, I hadn’t cleaned my car for months. It was embarrassing. However, once Austin had performed his magic, both inside and out, it looked like it had just come off the production line. What’s more, he’s an absolutely lovely chap. Punctual, polite, respectful, helpful and hardworking. I shan’t hesitate to use his services, again, and have no hesitation in highly recommending him.

Left my car spotless and looks brand new

Austin did a fantastic job valeting my Disco Sport and getting it ready for sale. Paint work had been marked with tree sap and Austin worked over 2 days (1 through the rain) to get it spotless and ready for its next owner. Would highly recommend Acamadi!

Quality service Austin very good and value for money

Yanneisa 1 review There are a lot of good reviews but my experience wasn't the best, I have to be honest… It took three days for my car to be done. I contacted Austin early May (09/05 to be exact) to arrange for him to detail my car. On the Friday before my appointment (which was Monday 20/05), he messaged me saying “The detailing kit won't be able to get to him by Monday so it would delay the service until 28/05”. Which was kind of frustrating but I wanted it done so made it work. On the day of the appointment, he sent me a message saying “might be a bit later than planned. Need to get another brush for the roof. The previous one has dried out”, at this point I probably should have just cancelled. As I sent him photos on the 09/05 of what I wanted him to focus on when detailing the car, therefore he knew he needed the brush and should have got one before the day of my appointment. Once he arrived, he started probably around 10am. Then at around 5pm, he sent a message saying “I'll need to come another day to complete”, he let me know the reason but from my understanding, he knew he had to leave at a certain time, therefore he should have worked accordingly. He left the car in the worst state, I even asked if I was allowed to drive it, patches all over (which he could have buffed before he left but chose not to and focused on the alloys instead). We agreed he would come back on the following Tuesday 04/06 to complete the detailing. Later that same week I went to get something else done to my car and one of the guys who worked there asked me If the patches were annoying me (which they were) and he buffed it for me. Someone else also asked, why my car was left like that to which my response was I don't know, and they asked if I knew Austin personally because you would only do that to a close friend/family member (which I am neither). The day before the second appointment (03/06), I sent him a message to double check if he would be coming to complete the detailing the following day to which his response was “I am indeed, Aiming for 9am again?” … to which I responded Yes, the earlier the better as I have somewhere to be in the afternoon (thinking that it wouldn't take as long as the first appointment). He responded saying “Okay. If I can there earlier. I'll let you know.” He sent me a message the morning of the second appointment saying “Apologises, just realised I left my van key at a garage. So may be a bit later plan 9am now. The garage doesn’t open until 8:30am near me. I’ll let you know when I am on my way to you asap.” to which I didn't respond. He arrived at around 9:45. As I mentioned I had to leave at a certain time but he still wasn't finished (this was around 4pm). So we had to book a third appointment which was for the 06/06. He got there at around 9am and was finally finished at around 2pm. These are the main points. Looking at the other reviews, I expected better.
