I went to return my Amazon parcel, but the pickup was refused as there wasn't enough room. The staff member didn’t even look at me while serving. This was shocking customer service. And guess what? On the phone when servering

I've been using the Wand-o-wash here for years. Nowadays it's "out of order" constantly. Just for context, here's a photo taken on 14th June 2023 May 2024 Just an update, a new Karcher wash has been installed here, but after a few months is out of action and the area is coned off.

Poor customer service, people need to liven up. Seems staff doesn’t eant to work and in return is taking our on employees, really like shell but this was just plaing awfull will not come back.

The lady who works here is amazing she helped me out when the trains were on strike and my bike had apuncture she was really nice and tried to get me a taxi/lift home it was freezing cold and I was miles away from home

Waited 6 minutes at pump till I could fill up with petrol no attendant in sight causing it to be very busy On forecourt and shop

If I could give it zero stars I would, this has to have been the most horrible, disgusting and dreadful experience I have had with a shell petrol station. The disrespectful service and the ignorance of the staff members has shown me where bottom feeders get their inspiration from. The ignorance of this particular staff member makes me wonder whether the employment procedure at shell has hit an all time low to accept this person. Unfortunately I have had to leave a bad review, but this should now show the owners to make sure they employ staff members who will show the correct qualities to emplore people to leave good reviews.

Always seems to have trouble with their Toilet. You can see A4 letter written with OUT OF ORDER. It’s better you knock it off and use for your inventory.

Petrol tastes off, didn't try the diesel as too expensive.

A truly lovely location in the perfect location for caravaners looking to explore the Fylde coast. Little Orchard is a hidden Oasis close to Cleveleys, Fleetwood, Blackpool and St Annes offering a superb base of peaceful, natural surroundings. Linda is a lovely, caring lady with helpfull and honest knowledge of all the area has to offer. Great value site without the noise and brashness of other sites around the area.

Car pressure washer is expensive but doesn't clean effectively. Waste of money.
