2 stars, I gave it a star for the convenience factor. In truth a mediocre job, whilst being ripped off. £70 to clean an average car, that took one person 1hr is simply crazy. Water marks, missed spots. Not really good enough for that amount of money.

This was my second visit to this car wash, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. When I arrived, I was told the price would be £40, despite paying £35 on my previous visit. I was told this was because my car is a 4x4, which is simply not true — I have a MINI Countryman. After entering my registration details on an iPad, the price was changed back to £35, but only after I was asked to show the inside of my car first. This wasn’t requested during my first visit. The car wasn’t very dirty inside, I just wanted it properly cleaned to start the new year. I left my keys and collected the car later when it was dark, so it was difficult to inspect at the time. The next day, I checked the interior properly and was extremely disappointed. It doesn’t look like the car was hoovered very well at all. I found a wrapper still left in the tray, wipeable marks on the interior, and there was sand, small twigs, and fluff exactly where it had been before — throughout the car, including the boot. In fairness the outside looks good, but I’m really disappointed with the standard of service for the interior and the lack of transparency around pricing. £35 is a lot of money for a car that doesn’t appear to have been properly cleaned inside. Sadly, I won’t be returning.

Absolutely shocking. Had our small van washed. Had week of grime and recently had stripes put on it. Did explain and guy understood OK. Apart from not being careful ( show was untrained) he taken 60% off stipes off plus no apology. He explained all the chemicals were autoglym and a sealant was being applied ( can only apply ceramic dry not wet which vehicle was) for my outside only £25 wash which is £15 more than 2 local services cleaners in area charge. I waited 35 minutes due to a young blonde girl jumping que, I was on wash bay some 10 minutes before.. Anyway bodywork was clean, bumpers obviously just have chemicals on no soap. Wheel trims obviously have nothing on as we're still dirty like my chrome grill plus no tyres dressed. Worst was I've ever ever seen Absolutely disgusting. Could I complain not really as their English was "they could not understand" me after the £ 25 payment. I'd love to train them at waves. Absolutely shocking and if was not desperate would have done myself. I still spent 20 minutes when at office to clean the mess they had caused plus now have to spend again on stripes/ decals on van. Look waves you pretend to have qualified valeters that don't reach car cleaner standards. If they have been trained sack the trainer. I'd give a free day of my time to teach happy. Future people as said disgusting and rubbish was. They need learn basics and unfortunately they haven't even got that.
