This is a very good car wash & very busy, the staff are always happy to help, it is reasonably priced, Just off the main road to the motorway & Manchester City center.

They threw away my work car park access pass! I’ve had to pay 25 quid for a replacement plus pay to park all week while it’s sorted out. Been in to see them and they couldn’t care less! Won’t allow me to reply to you, the pass was not on the seat, the pass was in the door card where it’s always kept, it’s only EVER taken out to use to enter work then returned, there’s no need for me to take it out and leave on the floor!

Quick and clean

We’ve been washing our car (Mazda CX-5) at this shop for almost a year, and it has always been a £6 charge for a medium car. Even in December 2024, it was still £6 for a medium car. But today, in January 2025, they charged us £10 and claimed that our car is a big car. I told them it has always been £6 and asked why it’s suddenly £10. They explained that my car is now considered a big car. I was speechless and felt like I was being scammed. I won’t be returning here and will switch to another car wash. Reply to the owner: We only had a wash-and-go service. When we finished and were waiting for our change, I rolled down the window to speak to the staff again. I mentioned that we used to pay £6 for this service. He responded that the price is now £10 and explained it’s because our car is considered a “big car.” I didn’t want to argue with him, so we left. However, I wanted to let you know that we won’t be returning, and we’ve already informed our friends and neighbors about the price increase. You can keep the extra £4—I won’t be coming back. Thanks.

Scratched the bonnet on my car yesterday, when cleaning and not using appropriate products. And at the end instead of apology they charged me £20 for cleaning
