HAND CARWASH - Morrisons Cribbs Causeway Carpark

Parked in a car space with kids in the car and one the workers decided it was ok to pee in clear view on the car wash wall then I'm assuming touching the inside of peoples car he's supposedly cleaning with his now dirty hands.

I used this hand car wash for my Mercedes and later discovered significant damage to the steering column trim inside the driver area. The damage appears to involve deep abrasion/gouging to the plastic surface and was not present beforehand. I raised the issue with staff, however liability was denied and I was unable to get meaningful assistance or a clear complaints process. Unfortunately the repair estimate is substantial. I would recommend customers carefully inspect both the interior and exterior of their vehicle after using this car wash.

Really gone down hill. I have them the car in a better state than they have it back. Streaks and water marks everywhere. I paid £40. Afterwards, I had to go around the car, pointing out all the marks and even after pointing out several marks that was not what you would expect or the service have received before. I actually recommended them and my mum went there recently as well, but we hadn’t communicated about this experience and she also had a very bad experience and had to speak to the manager.

This car wash used to be very good but on my latest visit they were sloppy and missed a lot. Now very expensive for a poor service. Shame as I used to think they were a good option.

That way far away to be called platinum. £35 for this service is double They almost do a good job but they ruin it at the end leaving marks all over the car after wiping it off. So theoretically, if you spend 5 minutes after they finish and wipe it clean properly, you can get quite a decent result Also, I really appreciate washing the carpets but they should be vacuumed and dried out not to get them bak soaking wet lol Just need someone to run it properly and could be a very good carwash in a very good location Good luck with improving

Took my puma here today they charged me for an SUV clean which it’s not, I pointed this out to them and they argued with me and covered the prices so I couldn’t see them. The trim to stop the water coming in on back passenger door was cut off and it has left a sharp metal bit sticking out which could hurt the children getting in the car. and the money, my food and red bull were stolen from inside the car. An appalling service and the staff try to belittle females and are rude m. Won’t be going back the thieves

2 things: they ‘cleaned’ the inside of my windows with something that meant I was blind to drive home! (The rest of the clean was fine) but that left me in a very vulnerable position and it was dark.. not impressed. 2. I told the guy I was having it cleaned for my mother’s funeral.. he laughed!! I said it again more gravely, he still laughed. I asked if he understood what I was saying and he said yes… I was pretty shocked and upset. Also £40 is a LOT of money… so overall not a good experience.. sadly.

Worst car wash in Bristol, very poor standards, guys working there very rude and conflictual.

I wouldn’t bother paying for the premium service, but the standard service was pretty good for me. It costs £25 and I find the price to be reasonable (especially since I have paid double for a place that broke my side mirrors). I have washed my car there 3 times and each time left in more or less sparkling. Amazing place

Although they’re a nice bunch of people and it wasn’t an awful wash, the attention to detail was lacking for a ‘platinum’ service costing £35 - the exterior was mostly okay but they were a bit rough on some of the exterior plastic parts which are coated in a film - the film’s peeled away on parts now and looks shoddy. There was also moss in the cracks of my car that is still there and is somewhat noticeable. Interior wise, the seats still have dust/debris in the corners/where the backrest meets the seat, the dash still had dust on, there’s stickiness on the centre console and just generally parts of the car missed. Again, I don’t think it was awful because it is clean but the job was lacking enough to give it 3 stars and I wouldn’t be going back there.

Super happy with the bronze option. Just got the outside done and I’m very happy with the result. Very friendly staff

They might do a good job at washing your motor, i came out from shopping and asked for my keys, he couldn't find them, because they were left in the car for anyone to drive off in it. Last time I go there.

I know they shut at 1800h, but 1805h and laughing at you when the sun is still blazing! Really? What happened to the work ethics and 'make hay whilst the sun shines 🤔

Excellent! Guys really nice. Paid £10 as have a small car. Car cleaned thoroughly. Spotless! Hand dried with car. Can pay by card. Will definitely be back
