5 Star Mobile Car Valet

Had my Citroen serviced with the mould removal package on Thursday as my car has been off the road for some time with water being able to get into the vechile. Everything seemed to look perfect once it was done however upon further inspection there’s still mould on the mirrors and roof of the car? Surely this should have been done as part of the package as mould can spread so easily , now having spent over £100 I still can’t use my car due to being heavily pregnant and the mould still being in there, have tried phoning the company as is says they are open 8-5 but can’t get through
