IMO Car Wash

I’ve always used this car wash, really happy with the service and everyone always went above and beyond. When I used it today a stone came from one of the rollers and cracked my windscreen. I went to tell them as I felt they should know about it, I didn’t once mention anything about a refund or compensation. They were extremely hostile with me when I told them, kept blaming it on ‘the motorway’ as expected. I was told I could fill a form out but it was a waste of time as nothing would happen anyway, I left as I felt I was being made a show of. Absolutely terrible service from a very intimidating manager.

Always reliable and get a great car wash every time

Waste of money, paid £20 for the top package and there was still bird poo on the car afterwards. I drove straight to another car wash where the men did it by hand for half the price and a way better job!

Always use this place to give my car a quick spruce up. It’s great for a general clean but you will have to get in to all the nooks and crannies yourself afterwards if you want perfection haha
