Pencoed Hand Car Wash

Excellent car wash. All staff work together to minimise waiting time. Car goes in filthy and comes out super clean. Cannot beat hand washing in comparison to a Jet Wash. We'll worth paying that extra cost to obtain a first class wash and dry.

Just been to Pencoed Hand Car Wash. Fair play, they were brilliant! Friendly, hardworking and incredibly thorough – they cleaned every nook and cranny. My car is absolutely gleaming... just as well I was wearing my sunglasses! 😎 The queue of BMWs, Mercedes, Teslas (and everything in between) says it all.

I would stay away from this car wash as they do not follow the prices advertised and they do prices on the spot, opening the doors to see how dirty the car mats are, tried to charge me £35 for a simple wash when the car wasn’t even dirty. They’ll try to rob you. Extremely unprofessional.

These guys did a full valet and machine buff on my ford transit custom. I had vinyl on there before and the white colour was drained and flat. They bought it back to life in 4 hours and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thanks so much guys. Narelle.

Great local car wash, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. Car is immaculate, would highly recommend.

I took my car there and they scratched the side with a bucket. When i asked for a refund they laughed in my face. Rude and arrogant workers

They broke my windscreen wiper, when they snapped it off I saw them laughing. They then opened my door and asked “what’s this?” Then blamed it on me having old wipers although I only had new ones last month. When I queried it and explained I am not happy as they’re new wipers, I had 4 men surround my car to intimidate me into not complaining. Horrible staff and they still charged me for the car was even though I will now have to buy new wipers.

Great place to get your vehicle washed from basic to full valet.

A little expensive, however you get what you pay for. Good attention to detail, like the fact they try to bring the plastic to a nice finish.

Took my van there for a wash come out just as dirty. Don't know what they used on the plastics but has left it looking shocking along with marks all over the stickers/wrapping. For £20 it was shocking won't be going back again

Nice, friendly staff, good clean and polish.

I arrived with a really dirty pickup and left a happy woman. They did a 1st class job of cleaning inside and out. Would highly recommend.

I'm never sure if you get what you paid for

My car was clean, but this place is getting expensive.

Really good service, they undid most of the damaged caused by another car wash. The owner even inspected my car on the way out to make sure it was spot on.
