UPDATED REVIEW 👇👇 I have used these guys for over 3 years now even though I am living 30 minutes drive from their car wash. I am happy to travel there every time as the service is exceptional. Yesterday I took the campervan there for an outside wash but the guys have done such an amazing job cleaning the roof, tyres, polishing the campervan, cleaning the solar panels. When I took the campervan back home it was unrecognisable. I am ever grateful for these guys and the service they provide. I have attached a few photos with their amazing work. Very much appreciated and I hope you’ll be here for many many years as we need good services around this area. 🙏 Update: After I have done my exterior on the camper van with these guys at their best hand car wash. I have decided to go back and do the interior as well. All I can say…these guys are magicians. I have attached a few photos with the before and after they cleaned the inside of the campervan. The photos does not make its justice but you can still see the impactful difference. I can’t be more happier with the results. 🤩

Visited this establishment for the first time today, asked for the Gold package at £24. Worker looked in my car and because of a very small amount of dog hair on the back seat told me it would be £50!! Disgraceful. Taking legal advice as advertised price was £24. Got it done elsewhere for £30. Will never go here again.

I deliver cars for a job and always plan to get a car wash be I deliver so I plan my journeys around the car was opening when they claim mostly driven hundreds of miles to get to this point. I have arrived at fivehead Car Wash that says it's open from 8.30 it's now 8.43. There is no one on site

They have completely out priced themselves charging ridiculous money. There argument to this is there rent has doubled. It’s not rocket science,rent somewhere cheaper as it’s not your customer who should pay your rent bill,it’s basic business.

The lead man tries hard to get you to take the more expensive option (£30 instead of £13). That's fine but he disregarded my choice of £13 and did the £30 job. When I pointed this out he said I could have it free. That's not an option for me. Apart from that they did a good job so I gave £20. I didn't come here to be deceived, I simply wanted my car washed. I left feeling bad.

Been using Fivehead for ages as local but will never go again. Booked last week but they more than doubled the price to £125 because car was too dirty (it wasn't) - got normal gold valet for £40 at Bathpool no problem

The gentleman who greeted me when I arrived lacked basic customer service training and wanted to charge £60 to clean the inside and outside of my small two seater sports car. When he saw the shock on my face, he reduced the price to £50 which seemed extraordinary for 10 minutes work. I decided to spend my money on a meal instead and washed my car at home. RE: I did not ask for a service, the price I was quoted was to simply clean the car inside and out. Thank you.

Very poor value for money. £50 for vacuum, supposed inside clean and mats washed. Vacuum was okay. Steering wheel slippy, had to stop and wipe off with wet wipes before driving home. Windscreen smeary, had to clean that. Mats put back in car wet. Was there no more than 15mins and I could see why when I saw what a rubbish job they'd done.

This is my first experience of this business. First of all, what a lovely, welcoming family, who run this efficient operation. That in itself is refreshing these days. A wide range of services is available. On this occasion, the large car (a Vauxhall Insignia Elite) needed just a wash. It had been covered in slimy red berries from an overhanging tree, which made the washing process all the more challenging. But the team were up to the task. A truly professional job. Fivehead Hand Car Wash take great pride in their work. They are dedicated to providing standards of the highest order. I have no hesitation in recommending this firm. Thank you all.
