Brynmawr Hand Car Wash

Small berlingo van. They are now charging £15 for a 5 min external clean. You won’t catch me there again what a rip off!!

Usually, this car wash is excellent, and the staff are very friendly. Unfortunately, today was a completely different experience. None of the usual staff were there, and the main guy was very rude. The service was very poor. Even though I didn’t make any complaints, he told me the car needed a full valet. I had only asked for a mini valet, and my car was not that dirty. I even took photos. He could clearly see that I was not happy with the service, even though I didn’t say anything. When I paid, he literally snatched the money from my hand. While I was putting my belongings back into the car, he rushed me and pressured me to move my car quickly. I usually leave a tip because I am always happy with their service, but this time I was very disappointed 🙁. I hope the manager sees this review and provides better training to the staff. The usual gentleman who is always there is very professional — I hope he is the owner.

Damaged the rubber of my windows on the passenger side with their pressure wash ! Don't go there if you love your car !
