The actual valet was very good. However, my work car park permit and a small purse went missing from the car. I have also heard that they took a house key from a friend's key ring, and they had to have a big argument to get it back.

Took my car in today for a well needed clean inside and out. Very fairly priced and they did a perfect job. Will definitely be coming back.

Always used to visit for car wash but won’t be back again. Asked for just and inside hoover and clean. Shocked when I was charged £20 for just hoovering and wiping dashboards. Lost a customer who always leaves a tip. I won’t be back

I paid for a wash & Go, drove home and found damage to my vehicle most likely a stone caught in the cloth/Rag whilst cleaning the car. I am a fair person and clearly this was an accident. I went back 3x to the car wash and even drove the owner to his friend’s garage to have this sorted which it wasn’t fixed. He said he would contact me afterwards which he didn’t, I have called multiple times and had no replies or answers. I have had to pay £60 to a reputable detailer to remove this deep scratch luckily it came out but at my expense. I am not one to ever complain normally or slander anyone’s business but on this occasion this is Justified.

I have gone to this car wash many times in a week and honestly by far the best car wash ever it is so good the people who work there are so kind and helpful they do a great job on my car they are very experienced and they wash the cars very well and clean the prices are so good aswell this is the only car wash I go to because I can’t trust other car washes with my car but this carwash is just perfect they do everything amazingly

Should be called 0 Star Car Wash. Absolutely shocking service and disgusting attitude from the staff. I was spoken to with complete disrespect, and their rudeness was unbelievable. To make matters worse, I noticed how uncomfortable they were making female customers feel — totally unprofessional and unacceptable. As a male customer, even I felt uneasy with how they were acting. I ended up driving off because of how rude the staff were. I have camera footage of the incident and am more than willing to take this further legally if needed. I would like to speak directly with the owner about what happened. No one should be treated like this — definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been to this car wash twice and both times the staff were rude and disrespectful. They spoke with a lot of attitude. I usually pay £15–£20 for a normal van wash, but they charged me £35. Definitely not worth it.
