A very poor service. There were numerous areas of dirt left on the windows, body work and wheels. The lady who was cleaning the car was disinterested and smoking while cleaning the car. Will not use again.

Took car this morning - brilliant service and clean - it got busy yet the team worked seamlessly to ensure all customers were through the car wash and valet process as speedily as possible! Will definitely recommend and use regularly Thank you!

I've used this car wash before and generally found the prices and service reasonable, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I visited during a busy period and the quality of the finish was nowhere near what I expected. There was still dirt left around the wheels, areas of the vehicle had clearly not been cleaned properly, the glass wasn't finished properly, and the vehicle hadn't been dried properly, leaving water marks behind. The most frustrating part was discovering a deep scratch after getting home. Whether it happened during the wash or not, I can only say that I noticed it immediately afterwards. By that point there was little point returning, as I had no way of proving when it occurred and neither would the business. I appreciate that everyone can have an off day and that busy periods put staff under pressure, but based on this experience I would strongly recommend checking your vehicle carefully before leaving, particularly when the site is busy it was a very nasty scratch :(

First time going to this hand Car wash and it will be my last I paid £16 for just a wash if you can call it that they washed my car so fast it was not worth the cost I would call it easy Money even more so when my Car wasn't even that clean parts of my Car missed very disappointed
