There ok but there are some careless staff down there that scratch your car as they don't completely make sure the stuff they use are grit free and I just had car cleaned and scratches all over

I return frequently because I’m happy with the service and the price.

Been coming here years. Rolled up today and sat a good 5 minutes as only 2 men washing. Car rolled up next to me and within a couple of minutes started cleaning theirs first. Drove off in disgust. Lot of shouting & arms waving going on everytime I visit, but little organisation. Will take my £250 a year business to the Stuart Road wash in future.

Inside and out clean on car done a good job 👍

Came in due to spilling milk in the footwell. Asked if they could only sort that for us , nothing else. They quoted us £25 saying they’ll hoover and do exterior wash etc also. But we said no as we only needed that footwell doing. They then gave us a lower quote of 15 which was appreciated. (My partner gave 20 as they did extras) But then…they proceeded to do everything we said not too. Pressure washing the whole car including around the door with the doors open! And when we got back in after the job, the seats and floors were soaking wet and the footwell we requested to be cleaned had not been done. Still soaked with milk but now also puddled with more water.. had to go and do the job ourselves after. Will not be coming back

Perfect job inside and out.

Paid for their top valet "Super Valet" same day that kid was sick on back seat. Found they hadn't even moved the booster seat, leaving wet vomit underneath which then got onto adjacent seat when moved. Returned & complained next da to be told "that will take hours to clean and we don't do that". Refused to rectify. Went home and cleaned myself in 20 mins with fabric cleaner and soapy water! £40 down the drain & man was very aggressive when I complained. Note: photo taken AFTER their "Super Valet"!

Fenomenal job, one younger Polish or Romanian worker was doing my car and I've got to say, definitely one of the best washes quality wise in Plymouth I've had in years 👍

Service is pretty good and thorough.

It was a really nice job of the clean but they tore off our phone holder which ripped the leather on the dashboard and didn't apologise or even mention it to us. And still charged us £30. Shame it'll cost several hundred pounds at least for someone to reupholster the dash. Not happy.

I really did not enjoy the service, the way they wash the car with the broom which really destroys the cars paint and just letting you go without cleaning those corners and not completely dry.

My local hand car wash , definitely recommend them , absolutely great job and fair price, friendly staff
