Wigan Hand Car Wash

I tried to be nice by giving a £5 tip. I know it's not much but it's something. I took out £50 from the bank before I arrived. I paid my £30 for the wash of the car. I then asked for some change for a £20. I only received £5 back. He didn't want to give me the money back, I don't know if he thought I was tipping him the full £15 or not but... I tried to explain he had more then what I wanted to give him. His friend arrived and he would not let me touch my own money from his hands! My hands were harshly pushed off even though all I tried to do was show him how much I gave him so he could give me the change... In the end he gave me £5 back instead of £10.. I'm a anxious person and did not want to make a scene mostly when there's people around... I guess I have some of my money back... As upset as I am for being ripped off and me not being able to stand up for myself... I hope he enjoys his £10 tip... Other than the whole ordeal with the money the car is beautifully cleaned.. But I don't think I'll be coming back...

Cleaned car very well and where perfectly clear and respectful also the young lad found £10 under my seat and gave it me this was then given back as a tip.

Your things go missing out of your boot

Cleaned the outside really well but they damaged my car inside. Never going back unfortunately. There was also strong smell of some dodgy cigarette in the car.

Would 100% go to the BP garage near Sainsbury’s instead. Paid £25 for the gold valet, car still dirty on the outside, haven't hoovered the boot, bits still all in the seat runners. Appreciate there were some muddy paw prints on the back seat but no attempt at cleaning them - not sure what the cheaper valet would get you when this is the way the car was given back?!

Excellent job and friendly service

Absolutely disgusting jet washed all the inside of my car, broke my dash cam from jet washing it then both of the workers was stood there laughing about it. Jet washed both of us when opening the doors as we was sat inside then stood there laughing, taking the mic out of us and both stood there talking in their own language.

Always get good service here. They really put effort into cleaning your vehicle and at a reasonable price

Used to be one of the best, it's now the worst in Wigan. Only noticed when I got home that the wheels were still dirty and the bodywork was streaky. The job was rushed and no attention to detail was taken. Won't use again, I'll travel to Soapy Bob's in Ashton.
