Went here yesterday card queing due to the sand storm, they were going that fast getting everyone done, they didn't take attention to the cleaning and left loads of smudges

Make sure you tip the lads they do a good job car always comes out looking brand new

Damaged my car and didn’t say anything till I got back home and saw it, got various scratches from buttons on there jacket. Also damaged stickers and then tried to hurry me off quickly. First time using them and won’t be ever again

I’m giving this car wash one star only because I can’t give zero. I paid £25 for a “Mini valet,” and what I got back was a dirty car that looked almost the same as when I arrived. The quality of the work wasn’t even worth a penny. The inside was still filthy, the doors were left untouched, and the seats were barely cleaned. They didn’t even bother to wash the wheels or apply tyre shine. Charging £25 for this level of service is an absolute disgrace. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. They are not thorough, they don’t take pride in their work, and they clearly have no problem ripping people off. I’ll never return.

Express Hot Hand Car Wash is honestly one of the best around. The customer service is spot on — the staff are polite, welcoming, and always make sure you’re happy with the result before you drive off. They take real pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of the wash. My car always comes out spotless, shiny, and looking brand new. Great prices too for the level of care and detail they put in. Highly recommend!

Had car washed and day after it looked like it had been keyed as there was residue everywhere so wasn't dried correctly

I'm 82 First time at a car wash The boys were absolutely brilliant Smiles and courtesy all round Thank you for that my 21 yr old car looks like new

Gone here for years with no problem, and never give anyone a bad review, but today was the worst clean ever, didn't dry or wipe the car after jet washing so its dried awful, definitely not the usual standards and basically just laughed and said all done, give it a miss

Says £5 for car wash. Then when you pull on it says £6, then when you actually pay they charge you £7 🤦🏽‍♀️ need to update their advertising or atleast tell you the price before they start cleaning your car
