IMO Car Wash

Ripped off!! Asked for a £30 valet which they said they couldn’t do so I paid for the £19 car wash. Just before going through the operator said go on I can do valet Charged me £30 cash on top of the card payment Watch these guys not to be trusted and taking cash

Not the nest and not good value for money. I visited today and the guy tried to upsell the Eco plus which is understandable but then one of the main overhead rollers wasn't working . The quality of the clean is not worth the high prices they charge .

It has been refurbished recently, and the prices jacked up. The £5 triple foam is now £8! And it's not worth it. The rotating towels at the end were not working, so I couldn't see through the windscreen when leaving without using the wipers and causing streaks. Upon inspection, when I got home, my car was a mess. Completely missed sections of my car and dried on dirty water spots.

I had a great experience at IMO Car Wash. The team did an excellent job and my car was cleaned to a very high standard. The staff were friendly, professional, and worked efficiently. A special thank you to Mr. Darius, who was particularly helpful and provided outstanding customer service. His positive attitude and attention to detail made the experience even better. Don't get all the negative reviews. Never had a problem, always use qr codes from the app and never had any additional services attempted to be upsold (not that I see a problem with this either).

Would not recommend. Always pushing for the higher priced options. Today I had to say no 5 times only for them to try and charge me the higher price on the card machine anyway. This turned in to a full blown argument. In the end I drove off instead of using them while the staff screamed at me to never come back. They didn’t like me refusing to be ripped off. Many many people have since told me the same stories and that they will never use this place again just like me.

They charge over price try to push people pay more

Basic £5 wash is never available when a certain member of staff is working 🤔 This has now happened several times with the same operative only ???

Attitude was awful and I was the lower price option wasn’t available but no reason behind it. Won’t be coming back and shame there isn’t an option for zero rating

The attendant loves to upsell, so if I ever go back I will just ask for a wash lower than what I want and go with his upsell so he is happy. The quality of the wash isn't great for the price they charge

Did a fantastic job of my car today after it had been parked under a tree for a month. Got me to park up a couple of times whilst they treated it, they were determined to leave me with a clean car ☺️

Advertising prices they won't sell you. Asked for the £5 Eco wash from the board and was told they won't do it and I need to pick something more expensive. Minimum £6:50. This has happened 3 times now. Very rude when I asked them why. Ended up reversing out. Won't be going back.

They did an amazing job with our car Friendly staff, very happy with the job they did

Had the 19.99 ceramic wash,didn’t think it would this good,car looked like brand new(6 years old) car was really dirty

Cheap & cheerful. There was no queue and handy to prebook washes on the app

First class every time. Staff excellent.
