Very poor, scratched my car up (hair line scratches) they have no idea that dirt in the sponges and clothes they use can scratch. They dry the clothes on bushes and tree branches…. Come on this will pick up small particles. Don’t ruin your car by bringing to this place.

Friendly people but they need to sort out their cleaning procedures, washing mitts placed on posts by washing area, cleaning clothes placed on the hedge in the drying area. The amount of grit collected by placing the cloths/mitts in this way, will 100% scratch up your paintwork. I even saw cloths and mitts being dropped on the floor, the guys just picks it up and places it back from where it dropped from. Used this car wash once and never again.

Bought my car for a clean here as I got a £22 clean (inside and out)with a wax finish which my made my car shiny for 2-3weeks for my car which was the best price for the quality of a car wash that it was as I have gone to many car washes nearby which are cheap but they gave such a bad car wash experience , the service was also wonderful as they try to give you the best possible experience

I use this car wash Regularly and they looked after always Hard working Staff, And Helpful the cleaning quality is amazing i am happy customer and recommend to others to use them .Prices are reasonable

Too expensive for the dirty job

3 months old car, relatively clean ( I take care of it) but this time I said let's wash it here, while going to buy something (I was lazy) for interior and exterior they asked if me £27 didn't hassle or anything all good. Big mistake!!!!! The window and windshield + the display on the central console and dashboard much dirtier then before....See picture with the windscreen after they "clean it" on the inside... Then all kinds of splashes from the product they use on the plastic parts and fabric (in pictures can't see it that well, in reality is much worse), if you leave that without whipping it properly it will damage the materials and it will remain permanently like that. And in the end even the exterior was not cleaned properly, even less wiped (I put a few pictures) but they were so much more places where they even didn't wipe it at all leaving it a kind of a mix of dirt, sand and foam.....+ noticed all kinds of new micro scratches (most likely when they wipe it, because they didn't wash it properly the dirt and sand do that) Yeah I'm the ID10T for paying it and not checking it properly when I got back to the car. The exterior can be cleaned MUCH, MUCH BETTER on a automatic carwash, literally in the other part of the carpark in the Sainsbury's petrol station and you spend less than 1/4 of the £ NOT WORTHED!!! Go somewhere else or stay next to them when they "clean it" and tell them what to do!

I had my car washed today and was genuinely impressed. The level of care and detail they put into the wash made it feel like a mini detailing service. Interior and exterior both looked spotless. Great value for money and I’ll gladly recommend them to anyone.

They do a good job, but always overcharge you for the size of your car. If you’ve got a medium car, they’ll charge you for a large. I’ve stopped going to them because of this repeated transgression.

I drove to the car wash and got there 40mims before the online closing time of 7.00pm and was told they shut at 6pm. The joy argued with me and wasn't accepting that they close at 7pm. I showed him and there was no apology or admitting that he was wrong. I drove through traffic for 20mins. To be turned away an asked to come back tomorrow. Just not good enough!!! Very disappointed!

Good customer service. Very efficient. Good pricing. Only downside is that the soapy water they used had bits of tree and bush in it. I've been there twice before and not had that experience. Unlikely to revisit, sadly.

DO NOT USE. CARWASH TRIED TO CHARGE ME EXTRA BECAUSE MY CAR WAS VISIBLY DIRTY(ITS WHITE) HE TRIED THE SAY HE WOULD HAVE TO USE EXTRA CHEMICALS. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE AND DISMISSIVE. STAY AWAY. NEVER BEEN TO A CAR WASH THAT THINKS A CAR IS TOO DIRTY TO CLEAN. SAD STATE OF AFFAIRS.
