Neza Valeting Centre

Used Neza for years but stopped for a couple years as I live a few miles away, however after the recent experience, will stop using them for good. They charged me £15 pounds (inside/out wash and cleaning), so I requested them to hoover the boot, but despite paying for the service, they made it sound like they are doing me a favour, stating that they'll do this once, but not to expect it in the future. After they claimed that the job has been completed, I left the place thinking exactly that it had been completed, only to notice a few moments later that they rushed on everything; the cleaning inside/out, as the car was still dirty on the outside and half done hoover all over the car. Note that in the past years with my previous cars, they had always done a fantastic job, hence I kept going back, but it’s clear, that their reputation got over their heads, so now, they just rush things, leaving jobs incomplete. I recommend people to avoid this place now, as their service took a turn for the worse, so expect to pay a hefty price for a disappointment outcome.

They broke my usb cable. They also forgot to provide me with an air freshener Usually its good but the carelessness has earned then 1 star today

Coming here for years and last 3 times I've been rushed through. Cars left with water marks all over it and left dirty in parts. Today went back spent £25 and they rushed the wash to get me through not taking into consideration I'm paying £25 which is not cheap. The customer behind me was also complaining saying the exact same thing. When I got in to the car, the tray inside wasn't even cleaned so had to ask them to clean it. There was no apology just snatched it out my hand cleaned it and put it back in. When I got home I noticed dirt all round the boot. Still crumbs on the seat and water marks all over the car. Waste of money and time. Ill defo be looking for somewhere else now. You've lost a good customer.

They are very fast , a team of 8 people will look after your car, pristine service on a very good value for money, definitely recommend.

Very poor service every time. 👎🏻 I’ve been there 4 times, and each time the pricing changes (by around ±£5), which feels inconsistent and unprofessional. Most of the staff are rude and uncooperative, apart from 1–2 guys. Customer service is clearly not a priority here. The quality of the wash is unacceptable. I had to clean my car again at home. There was still mud under the tyres after their “wash,” which says a lot. On top of that, if you ask them to do anything properly or slightly differently, they immediately demand extra money. Overall, a very disappointing experience. Would not recommend. 👎🏻👎🏻 Zero-star service. 👎🏻

Good wash but - DO NOT USE WHEN AT HESTON SERVICES!!! £160 fine to exit and renter the service station. Makes for a very expensive car wash.

I have a giant tree outside my house, when I went to their car wash my car was in a sorry state, they went above and beyond to make it look brand new again.

Very good wash and they drilled my mats very nice that i haven’t seen in any other car wash. Friendly staff and good service.

Been coming here for a while however today they rushed cleaning the car. When I pointed out that they left a few marks the lady who stated she was the owner started to argue that I should pay more money then. Bearing in mind I just paid £25.00. They sprayed foam over my disabled child when he was seated in the car as they opened the door to clean the bottom of the car. When I stated what wrongs they did, I was told not to come back here. I said with pleasure, I would not! As I went to drive away, the lady opened my car door to argue. I told her not to touch my car, and i would report her to the police with her threatening behaviour in front of my young child! What a horrific experience never again! Avoid avoid avoid!!!

I always use Neza Valeting Centre, and they never disappoint! The team is friendly, professional, and pays great attention to detail. My car always comes back looking spotless, inside and out. Their service is top-notch, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend!

Excellent service, very nice people taking care of me and my car, making it look and smell fabulous!!

Best to avoid this place, used them a few times and my car doesn’t get cleaned properly, just rush to get cars out and also dirty cloths used so end up with swirl marks on the paint. Tried to charge me extra for having mud around the tires.

It’s not how it used to be now they just rush and don’t clean it properly waste of money to go there now
