Quick and professional service. Car is spotless inside, including all round centre console. Outside is great - I do a lot of motorway driving so a lot of road dirt, bugs and salt - but now it’s completely smooth. Really impressed and pleased and simple booking too.

I utilized their services to clean several of my clients' vehicles. My client's RS3 was cleaned without any issues. I maintained consistent communication with the second client. The client was rebooked as my customer was unable to make the original appointment, with advanced notice provided. Then came the new day of the booking. They had a prior engagement and messaged that they might be running late, which I conveyed to my client. While attending to other customers, I assumed they would have arrived at my client's address as the appointment was still scheduled and I had not canceled it at any point. Instead, I received a message from someone named Sami on a different number, stating they had been waiting for hours for me to confirm. However, I believe they could have contacted me by phone on multiple occasions. I understand there was a miscommunication. I requested compensation for my customer, but they stated it was not feasible for their business. While their detailing skills are commendable and their initial service was good, their communication and customer service require improvement.

They paid great attention to detail, both inside and out, and you can really tell they take pride in their work. The staff were friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. Savaal and Sami did a high standard job on my car’s interior detailing, ozone purification, and seat extraction compared to other detailing companies I went with. They got rid of the awful urine smell and stain and restored my seats, the quality really shows. The car looks and smells like its had a factory reset. Jimmy stopped the rot and brought my Mum's old MGF back to life again. Smiles all round, such a positive energy.

Jimmy prepared my Mercedes for sale with an engine bay detail, interior deep clean, and an exterior decontamination wash and clay. I couldn't be there, but Jimmy kept in constant polite communication and waited while my colleagues rearranged cars to get him a spot with access to power.
