The worst public toilet I've ever been in. Urine and faeces on the toilet seat, the only toilet roll covered in something brown and jammed into the top of the sanitary bin. At least the tap worked. Squatting in a bush would be cleaner and more enjoyable.

In general there is no waiting time. People are friendly and cooperative. Shop is pretty clean.

Absolutely terrible service. I spend money at Shell every single day. I charge my car daily, buy diesel and petrol for work (I represent a large company), and purchase coffee and other products 2–3 times a day. I leave a lot of money at Shell — not small amounts. Today, after work, I stopped to charge my car and was refused entry inside while it was raining. No explanation. Nothing. I simply wanted to spend my money, use the restroom, and buy a coffee. The cashier looked at me and said, “No, sorry, I won’t let you in,” without giving any reason at all. This is unacceptable and disrespectful to a paying customer. This is awful, shocking service. I will continue driving, but I will take my business to other gas stations instead. Shell, take this seriously — this is how you lose loyal customers.

Unhelpful and unnecessarily rude. I used the Shell air pump machine yesterday, which accepted cash only, turned on for only a few seconds and stopped working. When I approached the staff for help, the person I spoke to showed no willingness to assist. I was told to call the number on the machine, despite there not being one—only a contactless support email address, which was irrelevant to the issue (and not working). Unfortunately, as I had paid in cash, it made the situation even more frustrating. When I pressed further, the staff member claimed he couldn’t step outside to check the machine, even though I had seen his colleague walking around the forecourt minutes earlier. He also suggested that I must have been using the pump incorrectly (I later filled the tyres at the Asda pump down the road without an issue). When I asked for the manager’s name, Yash initially refused to provide it until I pointed out that in my follow up I’ll point out that he was refusing..I then got the managers name. I won’t lose sleep over £1.50 but it’s a matter of principle. Things sometimes go wrong but the least you can do is show understanding or make an effort to demonstrate that you care about the customer’s experience. None of that here! I called the store today to speak with the manager before leaving this review, but was told she had already left for the day. Reading other reviews, seems the management don’t care, other people complaining about the same staff members by name, with the same response each time to follow another link for feedback. Seems Shell in general don’t care or take any action despite these bad reviews publicly!

Bought jetwash. Didn't work. No solution. Wasted 10 minutes of my life

Terrible experience here, card machine not working, with no sign or warning whatsoever and they tried to extract payment via bank transfer to the personal account of a staff member or via a debt collection agency who charge £15 on top of the fuel payment, very dodgy stuff. I had to argue to get the fees waived. Unbelievable.

I used to fill petrol from this petrol station all the time but today it was the worst experience with the guy name called *Kumar*. I reached there and started to fill the petrol so he said turn your back towards camera so that’s fine i did it because it was night time and then i tried one more time then he said remove your helmet so I removed that as well then i filled petrol so i just want to tell you that not every bike driver is thief so don’t behave the same with all the riders. I never had this type of experience ever in this petrol station.

I would put 0 starts if I could. The shell recharge is the worst charging station you could use. I would recommend use BP OR POD POINT over shell. She’ll will take your pre authorisation money of £45 And won’t even connect to your car. After speaking to others have realised that it’s not just me. Stay away from shell if you have an electric car.
