I called at the garage earlier and got talking to a member of staff who told me when there’s a drive off the owners take it out of there wages, how wrong is that we want our young people to get jobs and when they do this happens ,utterly wrong if this is true who so ever owns this garage shame on you 🤬🤬

Scandalous pricing, consistently 4 or 5p per litre more than other stations (besides the ones closest to this) I drive all over the north west and these are some of the worst I've seen. Rip off merchants. Seen the reply about dynamic pricing. Avoid

Stood at window knocking for 15 minutes they guy just sat there ear phone in just ignores you bad customer service

Poor attitude for staff

Went to collect a new parcel to be told by the member of staff that it wasn’t there. I showed him my text to confirm it had been delivered and he was extremely rude in the way he spoke to me. He told me I had to ring yodel and it was only when I sat on the car park to call them he waved my parcel at me. No apology and his customer service is non-existent!!! Will not be using this as a collecting point again.

Had a Christmas present delivered here which they apparently haven’t received despite the proof of delivery stating it was signed for by a Mr Patel! I am now trying to get a refund for the parcel and the items are out of stock. The staff here are beyond rude and unhelpful- avoid at all costs!

Arrived at the garage this morning to buy 30g tobacco, took payment then he said he could not open the up wher e tobacco was stored, then found a 50g pouch under the counter, charged me 32.90. I have check my bank this evening you have taken for both and not refunded me back the first transaction.. I have tried calling with no answer
