Had a wonderful couple of hours discussing products, techniques, and best practice when it comes to cleaning and maintaining my M5 Competition with a G Techniq ceramic coating. Anyone with a coating will know the feeling of being afraid to inadvertently damage or compromise the expensive coating. I left feeling like I’d met some great people (Simon and Julian), with the right products, and confidence I was doing things correctly. Can’t recommend highly enough. Excellent customer service, great product line; and friendly people.

Macs has been around a few years now and has established itself as a brilliant local supplier of the highest quality Car detailing kit. The staff have changed over the years but the exceptional quality of service and expert advice has always stayed consistent. Macs also host Cars & Coffee events for various owners clubs, which is a testament to their excellent reputation.

I had one of the best shopping experience ever today!! I am picking up my frozen grey (matte) paint z4 M40i this Friday and Chris explained in detail the full range of cleaning product so much so that he also provided me with samples to try and instructions on how to use them. He was an absolute pleasure to talk too and his passion for detailing was infectious. I would normally look at the offers and look for the cheapest on line but there prices were very competitive and based on my customer experience from Chris, I 100% will be returning. I was overwhelmed by the knowledge and honesty of the team, so much so that he called me back after 2 hours will he consulted with his chemist who concocted the polish after finding out if it could be applied to matte. Would totally recommend MACs to anyone who has an interest in keeping their car clean and will also be considering the use of the details facilities they offer. I don’t get to say this much but 5* just don’t seem enough for the service I received today.

Visited MACS a few times for their regular cars n coffee meets. Always get a warm welcome from Chris and the team. There’s a friendly atmosphere generated by all the fellow petrolheads too. The store is very well stocked and it’s good to browse all the different products available. Also Beartown coffee gets a mention as it’s excellent! Will definitely be back at MACS soon.

First visit to this Aladdins cave on Sunday super friendly staff with lots of knowledge and no pushy sales. If you take pride in your ride then give these guys a look up, I'll definitely be on a return visit soon.

Interesting and informative

Recommended wheel cleaner worked perfect and cherry freshener is amazing. Went to the car and coffee morning with beartown coffee present. Will be my regular visit to stock up on cleaning products

Visited this morning and got a lot of advice on the products that would be right for my car. Julian who I spoke to was really knowledgeable so many thanks to him. Proper gent! I shall be back for sure....esp cos I forgot to get the iron fallout remover! 😁

Lovely place

Great detailing shop with loads of high end products, been here a few times and always end up spending hundreds of pounds, the staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind!

Visited today (2/12/23) was after a citrus pre wash ( non-acid ) and a spray bottle for it. 2 gentleman at the till helped massively to pick the right items. Their own branded pre wash is absolutely incredible! Top notch stuff for sure! The spray bottle again is insane! Customer service is impeccable and will be back in spring for a bulk buy of the same & more stuff !! Cannot recommend these guys enough!
