Went in without a booking at 9am, the car absolutely filthy inside and out having been sat on a driveway for a year - algae on the soft top, a thick layer of dust and mud and the beginnings of some mold on the interior. I asked for the "full monty" service and told them I needed to pick the car up by 12, 3 hours later. They assured me this would be no problem, told me the price up front and away I went. When I came back, I couldn't believe how different the car looked. They managed to make a 20 year old car look absolutely brand new. Paintwork looks better than I've ever seen it, the soft top roof was actually black again, alloys gleaming and various stains from the seats had been completely removed. Absolutely top class service all round!

First time using any car wash facilities and was a bit nervous! But the guy who helped me was super friendly, he explained all the different options and I went for the Full Monty at £60. Now my car wasn’t just dirty she was filthy! Cobwebs, bird poo, dirt, sand, leaves, you name it, she was covered in it and had been for a long time. After two hours spent in town I returned and nearly didn’t recognise my car. Let me tell you she is GLEAMING!! Inside I was gobsmacked, all the years of stains on my seats had disappeared and not a fleck of sand in site. Everything was absolutely immaculate and obvious an elite amount of hard work and been put into bringing her back to this incredible car. The guy once again was super helpful, he even ran back to rub out a smear he could see before I left. I recommend Worcester Waves to everyone. Top notch service in every way. Now I’m not embarrassed to give my friends a lift! Thank you so much x

Brilliant car wash, did a fantastic job on my car

The cleaning part was good but they damaged our heating/a.c display so I can't view the temperature on passenger side anymore. Probably used too much pressure when wiping the screen. Of course I believe it was an accident but they were defensive saying it wasn't them instead of even just an apology.

Will not be returning here, it's the 3rd time I leave my car here and always find dirty bits when I get back, all around the doors looked like mud, inside wasn't very well hoovered and they're weren't busy at all. Was a lazy job. Don't recommend

Two stars, only because car was cleaned well. Warning, do not use this location unless you are already planning on parking at Crowngate. I only came to this location for the purpose of getting my car cleaned, I had not interest in parking at Crowngate. Waves does not give you any notice of this at booking, but you are required to pay for parking for however long it takes them to clean your car. Ridiculous and unethical to force your customer to pay to get to your business, which you placed in a paid parking garage. Also, the man who was in charge on the day was rude and parked my car at the farthest end of the aisle, when all designated Waves parking spaces were completely empty. The cherry on top was it was a handicap parking space! I will not be returning to this franchise and would advise others to seek other locations! **Changed to 1 star as Waves denied any compensation and said that the issue with the car parking charge was not their problem but Crowngates. Ridiculous for a company who decided to put their business inside a paid parking garage and then they don't tell their customers that they will be required to pay for parking for however long it takes THEM to clean your car!!! Will not be using Waves ever again!

Never use these clueless, unskilled cretins if you care about your car. They left a deep scratch on my driver door which will need to be repaired and denied any culpability without even an apology. Have used them before and results were adequate but today will be the final time. Contemptible cretins every one of them.
