Charged a fee for 'excess dirt' when it was just barely average, had to check as they seem to miss spots and the tyre shine is non existent. Poor at best.

5 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Car wash/valet & Detailing Service on offer as well, Staff are 1st Class, Nothing 2 much Trouble for them. 👍 Not EXPENCIVE @ All. I've payed by far more for less, Just say how much & what you want or need doing to your car, Your car comes out looking like show room condition, I even Use them to get my Car Ready for Car Shows, 1st Class Job, 👍

Really good service! Nice guys, friendly and were brilliant with the kids- even gave their dirty Amazon tablets a mini valet 😄 highly recommend!

Looked at price list for my car & stated £20 for mini valet. Was informed it would be £25 as they started to clean interior 🤔 Gave them £40 cash & returned with £10 change. Had to stand my ground and request my correct change back !! This has happened to my daughter to when I had returned home & asked her . She didn’t have the confidence to question it … shame on you targeting lone women !! I would not recommend if you aren’t confident enough to question why you are being ripped off

Worst car valet place. They don’t hoover it properly and not a single stain removed for £15 on leather seats which can’t be that difficult. When asked to hoover properly they said that will cost £20. First place I’ve been to thats ever said this and then the man said “don’t give me a headache” rather than just going over the bits that needed hoovering. Also didn’t remove mats to hoover underneath!

“Not my problem” was what this car wash owner said after damaging the vinyl wrap on our car! The same car has gone to the same car wash for over a year. The damage occured when the staff put the nozzle way too close to the car and when the boss was told, he didn’t acknowledge fault, he didn’t say sorry and he got angry at the fact that it was going on Facebook! He even took out a lighter and was going to burn the vinyl back onto the car! We had to stop him! RUDE, ARROGANT & ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE, all we wanted was an apology, we even paid him for the wash!
