Avoid at all costs. Absolute amateurs. This was my first and last time ever using this place. "5 Star" is a massive overstatement—this is a solid 1-star operation at best. I paid £25 for a mini valet and left completely furious with the standard of service and the lack of respect for customer property. Here is a breakdown of the joke of a service I received today: Terrible Time Management: I had to wait 30 minutes just for them to start on the car. Once they finally began, a worker sprayed a pre-wash on and then completely vanished for 15 minutes, leaving it to sit. Then, two other workers came over and just sprayed it again before finally applying the snow foam. Zero Attention to Detail: Because they let the car sit for so long in the hot weather after washing it without actually drying it, the water dried into the paint, leaving massive water spots all over the vehicle. Unprofessional and Careless: While they were washing the vehicle behind mine, they were incredibly reckless with their equipment. They kept hitting the back of my car with the heavy jet wash hose and literally dragged it across the paintwork, leaving small scratches on the rear. Dreadful Interior & Wheels: When I got out for them to do the interior, they completely rushed it. Zero attention to detail. The wheels weren't even properly cleaned; when I tried to point out that they were still filthy, the worker just kept brushing me off saying "Not ready, not ready," only to later half-heartedly wipe them with a dirty cloth. They are still dirty. They didn't even have the decency to include a complimentary air freshener. When a customer pays for a valet, they expect their car to be clean and looked after, not rushed, left with water spots, and scratched by careless staff dragging hoses across the paint. If you care about your car, do not bring it here. Absolute joke of a business.
