Fine shop now the prices are cheaper. I've had to edit Google opening hours about 5 times, i think the guy on nights just doesn't like serving people he's always cold and un welcoming and annoyed by your presence hahaha. He keeps changing it I suspect so people don't go at night. It is 24 hours. Edited: 6 Oct 2023 Again the opening hours have been changed and so has the name.

Turned up at store at 9.15 pm to be told they were closed as I walked back to car He let someone else in store I asked why that person can get in but I can't he just repeats we are closed I walked off took my custom elsewhere

Would really appreciate if the management of this garage from the head office got in touch. Never have I ever been made to feel like a 2nd class citizen. Disrespectful to women, rude and friendly to selected customers. I am that disgusted I will not be stepping foot in here after being a customer for years ever again rather run out of fuel and push my car home!

Stopped at BP and was disappointed to find there were no customer toilets available. For a fuel station, especially one that people rely on during long drives, this is really inconvenient. Having basic facilities like restrooms should be standard. Won’t be stopping here again unless it changes.

Customer service is very rude, I asked about my £40 fuel receipt, but the guy name is Mahender, who said to me he can't provide. The behaviour was absolutely terrible and abusive. He gave me this attached receipt. He said to me if you want to complain about this. I don't care. He ignored other customers who were on the counter. Bad behaviour and rude customer service. He needs to be trained, who deal with customers.

Continuing to sell alcohol to my Step-Dad despite him having slurred speech and being near incapacitated.

Comes to something that they won't or can't redeem app rewards due to alleged wrong software on site, told to use bolton to redeem, disgusting they have a rewards sign outside and unable to redeem anything, avoid like the plague

There are a couple of really nice and helpful staff in this shop and i want to stress i'm not tarnishing them all with the same brush. This review is based purely on one of the newest members of staff. I was at the counter paying today, no queue behind me and i was just trying to work out the points on the BPme App. I ask the staff member for help and got ignored and after a few seconds they piped up with "Can you just pay". This is extremely rude, in any circumstance, but in a customer service job this is unacceptable. Not happy at all. I'll go somewhere else in future if this is how staff treat customers. I don't want to be spoken to like dirt after a long day at work
