Got ratchet straps from them off the shelf and they also gave me a small discount even though I wasn't aware of it. They have parking and most things in stock if not available next day

Rude staff, unhelpful and have an attitude towards customers.No one would speak to any one like this if they had one GCSE. However it's clear the front of house are uneducated hence the poor customer service.
